Following yesterday's Abe-chan, today we had another bottle of new sake, Orikara-mi Takachiyo 😀.
In our house, my wife and I drink sake on a daily basis, comparing 3-4 bottles of sake each day, opening one bottle each day and opening a new bottle each day 😀.
Today we opened a new bottle of Takachiyo's new sake and had a potluck while comparing the previously opened Sansho and Abe-chan 😀.
The wife said that Abechan is delicious, but she prefers Takachiyo's sake which has a gentler acidity 😀.
I think I prefer Sanndo because of my memories of Kumamoto 😀.
I guess the memories may also add to the taste of the sake 😅.

But I think it's a pretty good pace, because 2 people can shift 4 different kinds of sake with one cup each and enjoy the same sake for 4 days 😀.
Maybe two people can enjoy more different tastes than one!

We are a couple of drinkers and our pace is almost the same 😅 Basically we drink 4 or more a day 😆 and we take Monday to Wednesday as our rest days 🤗 just the basics 😁.
