What happens when you use ❤️ to brew a sake that is the polar opposite of the two opposites of each other❓
It's kind of exciting!
The aroma is surprisingly subdued.
I can't find a suitable metaphor for it 💦.
On the palate, sweetness, acidity, bitterness, and umami spread out in a gradation in the world of commas, in that order, and then dry up.
Each of the four tastes has its own presence, but they don't assert themselves too much, and are well harmonized.
It is a well-balanced wine without the "haggling" that is typical of Aizan, but this is also possible. ❗️
It is a beautiful sake with a taste that makes you think so.

Wakanami Honjozo
I've had my eye on this one for a while.
I couldn't get my hands on it because of my local alcohol consumption, but since it's easy to drink it outside, I decided to order it!
Fresh and fruity aroma that you wouldn't expect from an aru-soke!
When you sip it, the golden ratio of sweet and tasty acidity hits you at once: ❗️
It spreads in the blink of an eye!
A refreshing aftertaste that is hard to believe it's an alcohol-sweetened wine at all!
It has a sharp sharp taste.
It may be as good as Gakki's, but not as bad as Aruzoe's!
It really goes down smoothly.

YOKOYAMA SILVER 10 Junmai Ginjo (Namaishu)
The delicious taste of rice ✖️ and the aroma of fresh white grapes is irresistible!
Gura ordered the same one, but she said it had a hint of apple!
And the sweetness and acidity that spreads quickly in the mouth❗️
It is ladylike yet mellow!
The bitterness that comes later is also a nice accent.

As the temperature rises, the umami becomes less noticeable and changes to a moderate sweet and sour taste.

The aroma is slightly fruity.

The aroma is subtle but appetizing!
On the palate, a beautiful sweetness and a tartness that accompanies the sweetness.
The gasiness is not so much on the palate as it is in the mouth...

The rice used is top grade Yamadanishiki produced in Yoshikawa, Hyogo.

It is said to be a "thank you" specification to express gratitude.

Only 5 stores in the whole country carry this precious sake.
It was named after the image of a lingering aftertaste that everyone finds beautiful like a pearl 🦪.
Gura-chan raved about it so much that I had to copy her and order some myself!
