Limited edition sake using Yamagata Prefecture's fantastic sake rice "Tamanao"!
Tamanao" is a crossbreed between Yamadanishiki and Kinmonishiki, the mother of today's most popular sake rice.
The name "Survival" was inspired by the powerful "power to survive" of Tamanaoe, which is still active in the world today.

The second cup of Jyushiyo was Sake Mirai since I drank it at the first off-line meeting.
The tension was high because it is my favorite sake rice these days.
The aroma was supposed to be iron-plate fruity♪
I was impressed by the beautiful quality of the sake.
Then a flood of sweet and tasty juices!
I love Hanamup, but I also love the taste of Jyushidai.
Well, no wonder they are so similar! 🤣

The menu was Rikuwada, but what came to the table was Akita Sake Komachi! 😳.
It was different this time too, but of course I was ok with it as it was 🤣.
This was my first Akita Sake Komachi as I had only had Omachi and Sake Mirai at Hanamup.
The aroma must have been fruity after all♪
The smooth texture and sweet juices must have been great 😋😋!
The balance with the gentle bitterness must have been great! It must have been the best!

We were disappointed to find it completely sold out at the liquor store the other day, so we were happy to find it here 😆.
I haven't had it since the year before last at an oyster shack, but I'm sure the juicy, gentle sweetness, overflowing with umami, and ending with bitterness was still there 🤔.
The balance is perfect!

The Eiko-Fuji label is so flashy that even a quick glance will give you an idea of what it is 😆 Really, you can never go wrong with any of their drinks 😋😋. MAJThe 8th glass is Ryujin, which I have had since the first off-line meeting.
The brewery is the same as Oze Snow, which gives me a sense of security.
The label of Ryujin has an image of austere letters, but this Rising Sun has a smart look and is also cool 👍.
The taste is pretty much lost in my memory, but I'm sure it was soaked in a rich melon-like sweetness and flavor 😋😋.

It's not often that you get a chance to see a drink open in a bar, so when I heard it was open, I had to ask for it... 😆.
The owner says it was quite shwashy last year, but not so much this season. 🤔

I believe the grape taste was the same as the purple label color 🤤🤤.
