I went to the Horoiyoi Festa. Eighteen breweries from the prefecture participated in the festival, and we were able to compare various kinds of sake! I participate in this festival every year, and it's a big party as 1,000 people open the venue to toast at the same time. I will be checking in with my favorite, Jukishin! On a side note, I think it would be nice to give Jukishin as a Valentine's Day gift with chocolates...! By the time I had visited all 18 breweries, I was already drunk! They were all delicious. It was fun!

I got off at Tosa Taisho Station and went to Mute Mukan. At Mute Mukan, labels were being applied to dabadas and more and more were being packed. Sake with a dabada on the side...lol! It is a typical Kochi sake with a mild, refreshing aroma and a tangy, alcoholic taste. We offered it to the gods at a nearby shrine, and while thanking them for a safe trip, we enjoyed the goodies.

I fulfilled my long-cherished wish to view the Kintai Bridge Cherry Blossom at the Five Bridges! I couldn't be happier! Nothing tastes better than sake! It was worth jumping on the boat with my gulp of sake! I never thought the day would come when I could visit Gobashi, a bridge I'm a big fan of, and enjoy Hanami at Kintai Bridge with the cherry blossoms in full bloom! It's like a dream. This junmai sake with its cute pink label adds to this soaring dreamy mood. A taste I will never forget♪ I posted this from Iwakuni, in a state of excitement + beat of Gohashi drunkenness, wanting to stay fresh forever like this sake lol. Thank you to the staff of Itsukashi, who was born in the same year as I was, for being so polite and courteous in helping me choose the sake and how to get to Kintai Bridge. It was a wonderful trip. Higashi-Hiroshima Sake Brewery Tour It's amazing how you can see so many sake breweries on foot! I got drunk just by tasting. I drank a lot of different kinds of sake, but my palate has changed, and I think I've come to like the regular, year-round, laid-back sake more than the fresh ones from February and March. I was supposed to go for the brewery's limited editions, but I was satisfied with just tasting them! LOL! This is the one I brought back to my hotel room to enjoy. It soaked into my tired walking body and lulled me into a good sleep. I feel at home with the ones that have been aged and fire-roasted. It is easy to handle.

This is a sake from Toon City, a special zone for doburoku in Ehime. It is Hana-Yuki from Doburoku Kobo Yukikkusume. It has 9 degrees alcohol by volume and a beautiful pink color from red yeast 😍. It was so shwashy, it took me 15 minutes to open the bottle lol. It is a gentle sake with a sweet and sour taste. I like it and drink it from time to time🎵.

The first Ishizuzu express train out of the city ❤. At the top of Mt. Ishizuchi, drink Ishizuchi! Last year it was summer gin, but this year it was cool and refreshing👍. We had an offering to the god of Ishizuchi. I brought it with me with the full intention of receiving it! The alcohol taste of the special honjozo (sake) gives me a boost of energy to my cold body! LOL. It's this label on 3 deshi and I felt like I was in an izakaya! LOL. Like last year, I drank it by the bottle 😆👍. No~ I'm tired! My legs are flat! The accidents this year were that it rained like an overturned bucket on the way back and I missed the last bus and had to take a cab to the station! LOL. But it was a good climb.

First time at home 寫楽❤ And my first 寫楽 in a long time 💕 I bought two bottles of Bizen, a comparison of Omachi from different regions. I didn't have the financial resources to buy two bottles lol. I bought it in Kagawa! 👍 I wish I could have forced myself to buy one and compare them.... Well, I don't think my taste buds can tell the difference! LOL. This clear yet full-bodied! It's delicious! What can I say, just by drinking 寫楽, I feel like I'm raising the bar? LOL! It's crisp, energetic, sweet, and full of flavor, and even if you drink it by itself, it will leave your mouth feeling refreshed 👍! This is the kind of wine that doesn't need any snacks! LOL! I was going to open it for some special occasion, but when I saw the eggplant 🍆 in the field, I thought it was now...lol. I bought some corn ❤. Ah but no wind ...... no wind.... It's hot even though the sun has gone down.... I wish it would blow softly...

The aftertaste is clean and refreshing, giving it a summer sake feel! I want to try it warmed, but I don't think I'll stay because it tastes so good cold! LOL. I went to Saijo City for a visit and stopped by Murakami Sake Brewery on my way home🎶. I was going to walk to Shuto Sake Brewery, but it is far from the nearest JR station, so I decided to go to the brewery when I took the bus and came to Murakami Sake Shop to buy sake from Shuto Sake Brewery! 👍 ...and I chose Murakami Sake Shop's original "Mu" from Shuto Sake Brewery ❤. There was also a draft, but I decided to go with the fire-brewed version 👍. I had to buy two other bottles of sake! LOL. Slightly sweet on the palate, but as it goes down your throat, it's dry with a hint of alcohol 💨 with a bitter aftertaste❗ I'd like to drink it warm, but I can't. I'd like to drink it warm, but it's only 1 gou, so it's gone quickly! LOL. Next time I'll make it 4 gou! And I'm going to choose fire-roasted again! LOL!

The difference of rice from the previous Ichinoya. The last one was Kaze Sayaka and this one is Hitogokochi. I'm sorry I couldn't compare them, but the comment of Kaze Sayaka was "refreshing...". This Hitogokochi is very refreshing... ...... Ramune 😆👍 Definitely a Ramune! It's a non-carbonated rummine! (In a good way! LOL) Sweet and tasty💕 Oh, and just the right amount of bitterness👍. I think I might like this one better💕

Here we are at last! Reconcile with the Cat! I bought this sake at Ryu's place in Shodoshima. I brought home what I thought would be the first one among the rock sake from Mr. Miyoshigiku! To drink it, you must first take yourself to the wild side! LOL. The background music was "Walk on the Wild Side! And I prepared a wild salad! I picked up some asparagus and some salad greens that were starting to get a little tough from the field in front of me, blitzed them with any raw vegetables in the fridge that looked edible, and wildly drizzled olive oil dressing on them! I didn't take a picture because it was too wild lol. Now, this drink is delicious ❤! It's a bit more dry than I expected, and less acidic than I expected.... It was very authentic when I drank it with my preconceived taste buds! LOL. In short, it is very well balanced! Oh, I thought, this is perfect for a meal👍. So I'll leave the rest until tonight's dinner ❤ and I was going to deep fry it, but I'm going to cook it with fish 🐱❤.

It is a good sake, gently sweet and softly fragrant. It makes me feel relieved. I received this sake as a birthday gift✨. The last time I got this brewery's sake, I got the Sakura Ehime yeast. It was very good, but this one is also delicious❤This is one of my favorite sake breweries in Ehime. Today we are having it with corn❤.
