I fulfilled my long-cherished wish to view the Kintai Bridge Cherry Blossom at the Five Bridges! I couldn't be happier! Nothing tastes better than sake! It was worth jumping on the boat with my gulp of sake! I never thought the day would come when I could visit Gobashi, a bridge I'm a big fan of, and enjoy Hanami at Kintai Bridge with the cherry blossoms in full bloom! It's like a dream. This junmai sake with its cute pink label adds to this soaring dreamy mood. A taste I will never forget♪ I posted this from Iwakuni, in a state of excitement + beat of Gohashi drunkenness, wanting to stay fresh forever like this sake lol. Thank you to the staff of Itsukashi, who was born in the same year as I was, for being so polite and courteous in helping me choose the sake and how to get to Kintai Bridge. It was a wonderful trip. Higashi-Hiroshima Sake Brewery Tour It's amazing how you can see so many sake breweries on foot! I got drunk just by tasting. I drank a lot of different kinds of sake, but my palate has changed, and I think I've come to like the regular, year-round, laid-back sake more than the fresh ones from February and March. I was supposed to go for the brewery's limited editions, but I was satisfied with just tasting them! LOL! This is the one I brought back to my hotel room to enjoy. It soaked into my tired walking body and lulled me into a good sleep. I feel at home with the ones that have been aged and fire-roasted. It is easy to handle.

This is a sake from Toon City, a special zone for doburoku in Ehime. It is Hana-Yuki from Doburoku Kobo Yukikkusume. It has 9 degrees alcohol by volume and a beautiful pink color from red yeast 😍. It was so shwashy, it took me 15 minutes to open the bottle lol. It is a gentle sake with a sweet and sour taste. I like it and drink it from time to time🎵.

The first Ishizuzu express train out of the city ❤. At the top of Mt. Ishizuchi, drink Ishizuchi! Last year it was summer gin, but this year it was cool and refreshing👍. We had an offering to the god of Ishizuchi. I brought it with me with the full intention of receiving it! The alcohol taste of the special honjozo (sake) gives me a boost of energy to my cold body! LOL. It's this label on 3 deshi and I felt like I was in an izakaya! LOL. Like last year, I drank it by the bottle 😆👍. No~ I'm tired! My legs are flat! The accidents this year were that it rained like an overturned bucket on the way back and I missed the last bus and had to take a cab to the station! LOL. But it was a good climb.

First time at home 寫楽❤ And my first 寫楽 in a long time 💕 I bought two bottles of Bizen, a comparison of Omachi from different regions. I didn't have the financial resources to buy two bottles lol. I bought it in Kagawa! 👍 I wish I could have forced myself to buy one and compare them.... Well, I don't think my taste buds can tell the difference! LOL. This clear yet full-bodied! It's delicious! What can I say, just by drinking 寫楽, I feel like I'm raising the bar? LOL! It's crisp, energetic, sweet, and full of flavor, and even if you drink it by itself, it will leave your mouth feeling refreshed 👍! This is the kind of wine that doesn't need any snacks! LOL! I was going to open it for some special occasion, but when I saw the eggplant 🍆 in the field, I thought it was now...lol. I bought some corn ❤. Ah but no wind ...... no wind.... It's hot even though the sun has gone down.... I wish it would blow softly...

I went to Saijo City for a visit and stopped by Murakami Sake Brewery on my way home🎶. I was going to walk to Shuto Sake Brewery, but it is far from the nearest JR station, so I decided to go to the brewery when I took the bus and came to Murakami Sake Shop to buy sake from Shuto Sake Brewery! 👍 ...and I chose Murakami Sake Shop's original "Mu" from Shuto Sake Brewery ❤. There was also a draft, but I decided to go with the fire-brewed version 👍. I had to buy two other bottles of sake! LOL. Slightly sweet on the palate, but as it goes down your throat, it's dry with a hint of alcohol 💨 with a bitter aftertaste❗ I'd like to drink it warm, but I can't. I'd like to drink it warm, but it's only 1 gou, so it's gone quickly! LOL. Next time I'll make it 4 gou! And I'm going to choose fire-roasted again! LOL!

The difference of rice from the previous Ichinoya. The last one was Kaze Sayaka and this one is Hitogokochi. I'm sorry I couldn't compare them, but the comment of Kaze Sayaka was "refreshing...". Here we are at last! Reconcile with the Cat! I bought this sake at Ryu's place in Shodoshima. I brought home what I thought would be the first one among the rock sake from Mr. Miyoshigiku! To drink it, you must first take yourself to the wild side! LOL. The background music was "Walk on the Wild Side! And I prepared a wild salad! I picked up some asparagus and some salad greens that were starting to get a little tough from the field in front of me, blitzed them with any raw vegetables in the fridge that looked edible, and wildly drizzled olive oil dressing on them! I didn't take a picture because it was too wild lol. Now, this drink is delicious ❤! It's a bit more dry than I expected, and less acidic than I expected.... It was very authentic when I drank it with my preconceived taste buds! LOL. In short, it is very well balanced! Oh, I thought, this is perfect for a meal👍. So I'll leave the rest until tonight's dinner ❤ and I was going to deep fry it, but I'm going to cook it with fish 🐱❤.

I bought this at Ryu's store in Shodoshima 🎶. You can taste the whole Kagawa 💕 The yellow-green label is refreshing ✨. Nice sound when opening the bottle ❗ Easy to drink at 13% alu with a hint of gas and muscat fruity 💕. Despite his busy schedule, Ryu-san explained the sake to us in detail! I was aware of it but I saw Ryu-san's geeky side! 😆👍✨LOL! Thanks to him, we were able to go to a delicious lunch restaurant and visit a sake brewery in Shodoshima❗. Plus, the "somen poli poli" is delicious ✨! I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ryu-san ❤️ My senior who went with me was also very happy. My senior at work and I are traveling to Kagawa. Yesterday we went to Shodoshima❤. 22nd is my birthday and 23rd is the birthday of my senior who is coming with us 😆👍. We two old ladies had a blast in Shodoshima ❤. We went to Ryu-san's place, went to a sake brewery, and had a great time in Ria! We found this cute sake and had a final drink at the hotel 🎵. It's a sake cup full of sake. The smell of the wood is nice! The sake is delicious💕 It's a delicious sake that makes you feel fluffy and good. We were also given a tour of the brewery, which added to the deliciousness 😆👍. For a while, we can enjoy Ryu's store and the sake we bought in Kagawa 😆💕. We both came back to the hotel drunk after a night of haggling in Takamatsu, but this closing drink made me feel even more like it was my birthday. And this morning ...... My head hurts lol

Ichinoya no hassle 😆🎶 Delicious 💕 Delicious sake brewed with 100% Kaze Sayaka and medium-hard water from Kurobe ❤. Ichinoya is one of my 3 favorite sake breweries 🎶. I spent the morning pruning the garden and I was starving 😆. We are having grilled chicken wings for lunch. It has a nice aroma and a nice rice feeling in the mouth👍. The bitterness is just right, and the acidity and piquancy make it feel fresh.

Today's nigori sake is 3 dec. and it ran out very quickly. I think it is an easy to drink nigorizake. It is a normal tasty nigorizake with alkaloids and sugars 👍. I think this might be my favorite Sakura Uzumaki sake🎶. You can usually buy it at the supermarket and it's just right at 3 deci! The sun went down and it got cooler, so I'm outside grilling dried puffer fish overnight to cool off for the evening! It was a little hot during the day.

May is my birthday month and last night I received a gift from a friend ✨thank you thank you thank you thank you 💕. I was going to hold off on opening the bottle until my birthday, but I opened it 😆 It's still about 2 weeks away! LOL. I couldn't resist! LOL! I love Daishichi, but this is my first time to try Minowamon 🔰. Unmeh~ 🐐. Mild aroma! Fusion of sweet and spicy! Delicious taste❤ Beautiful taste❤This is what it means to be free of miscellaneous flavors! Sweet but tangy 🎵 I grated the Parmigiano cheese as hard as I could and put it in the egg omelet! It may not look like much, but I made it my own special 👍. Great breakfast. Thanks for the great drinks and good friends!

The last bottle of spring sake. My mother asked for it as a souvenir from her trip to Kochi! Junmai sake mixed with Daiginjo ori. As Risshatsu (the first day of summer) has passed and the days are getting longer, this is the last spring sake. When I opened the bottle, I could smell the ginjo aroma 🎵. The mixed feeling also gives off the atmosphere of Harukasumi 💕. The label is also not very Shibotan-like, in a good way 👍. Compared to Seikagami Omachi, it is more like Kochi sake! When you drink different types of sake, you can understand each other's individuality very well. Both are delicious, and both are not inferior to each other ❗👍👍 I was drinking while saying things like "Oh~~ delicious ❤" and "Oh~ delicious ❗" and got quite drunk lol. Seikagami was empty, and there was not even half a bottle of Tsukasa Botan left... I was able to overhaul my body again this week with delicious sake.

It started to rain, so I grilled yellowtail kama and squid under the eaves. Today we had Seikagami Junmai Omachi❤. I feel like an omatist 😆👍 Very glamorous and delicious 🎶. It's a delicious sake👍 Slight bitterness and a crisp cut. I like it 🎵

This is a special pure sake that I bought when I went to Sakura Uzumaki. I was told that there are no more plans to make nama-shu, so it is the last time I will drink it. I think Sakikura's special pure sake was once fire-brewed, but I wonder if that will be lost too... It has a dark, somewhat peculiar flavor. I wonder what flavor it has...some flavor is hidden in it! Nuts?　LOL! It seems different... Because the rice and yeast are different from Jungin. Tokusyu jun is shizuku Ehime ☝️ After drinking it, I thought! I think I would probably prefer the once-hiked version.... But I can't compare the two, and if "Sakikura" is going to be gone 💦, so be it.
