I left it for half a year, but I guess it is because I left it at room temperature for a couple of months out of that time.
The aroma is a little matured. The only thing that made me feel uncomfortable was the aroma, but the taste is sweet, refreshing, and delicious as usual. The sake here is fairly strong, so I have stored it in the same way in the past, but only this year, why?
The aroma becomes more familiar as you drink it, and it tastes so good that it keeps you coming back for more. For the first time in a while, I felt like I drank too much at home. But I didn't get a hangover😅.
