🐢 (Japanese sake)
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic), brewers' alcohol
Alcohol content: 15%.
I had carefully kept this one, which I thought would not be made anymore, but I opened the bottle because I thought it would be two years too long for a quintessential sake.
I was surprised to find that the slight carbonation was still there. I was also amazed that the clear part was still there. But I guess it would have been better to drink it right after I bought it. There is a slight bitterness coming at the end, but that might be because I gave it a twist. I regret it.
But you know what - I can't drink it because it's too wasteful😅.
