On the evening of the 15th, after finally landing in Miyagi, my original return trip, I enjoyed a sashimi platter from my parents' house and a bottle of freshly squeezed Banjo Kotobuki (Shiboritate) that I had picked up in Fukushima. The goal of this series of large fishing flags is to represent the local way of life. This azure has a light rice aroma and smooth mouthfeel. The slight sweetness contrasts pleasantly with the bitter astringency of the ori. In a word, silky, bitter and light. The acidity is fluffy and the pungency is moderate. It is perfect with sashimi, delicious 😆💕. This is also a sake that was highly recommended by the son of Konno Sake Shop, near my house in Osaka, so it was understandably delicious 😋.

This is the third day of the great adventure called "going back home. It was a beautiful wilderness. Now, I thought I would upload the Yamazan I got in Nagano ⁉️, but this is the Yamazan Spring Sake my husband got out of nowhere a month ago, 100% Sake rice is Yamae Nishiki. The one I got this time was sent to Osaka and I will enjoy it later 😋. This was my first Yamazan, and I love light nigori (light cloudy sake), so I took a sip with high hopes that it would be delicious. The fresh aroma is very spring-like. The fine oriel gives the beer a soft texture. When you drink it, you can taste a hint of bitterness in the sweetness, so it seems to go well with strong food 💕. As it warms up, the melon appears and can be enjoyed on its own 😍. Hatsuyama San, for now, is so delicious 😆✨I can drink as much delicious water ❣️ as I want💦.

On the second night of this great adventure, I drank the different sake rice of Hijirizumu that I bought in Gunma 😋 I had checked out some izakayas with a good selection of sake, but I had a really delicious katsudon (the 4th one) for lunch and it was still sitting in my stomach at 8pm, so I decided to drink the sake in the room while it was still good. I'm going to consume it in the room while it's still good 😅. This hijirizumi made with Watari-bune, has a distinctive bitter taste. The one I drank yesterday with rice from Gunma had no bitterness at all and was just easy to drink, whereas this one with Watabune from Shiga has a bitter finish that leads to a sharp taste. I like the bitterness because I don't dislike it, and it was delicious, but I personally have to give the edge to the Gunma rice. When it comes down to it, it's a matter of preference. The delicate flavor is the same, and it depends on how much you accept the bitterness. But it is delicious. In addition, the horse sashimi was really delicious and I couldn't get enough 😋.

The third one is a summer dobrokku 😋👍. I won't go into details since everyone has already given them. In a word, this is good ‼️ It's sweet, tasty, refreshing, and finishes dry and squeaky dry, what a great drink ✨ I'm impressed 😋💕. This is a definite repeat for next summer. After leaving my mother-in-law's home in Gunma, the next stop was Shinkansen 🚄 and a quick flight to Koriyama 😁. I used the time in the car to pick up a few things I had missed. This is a collaboration sake between United Arrows and Abeno that I drank in May. This is a rich sweet sake. The sake is brewed by aging "FOMALHAUT Imperial Sake" and adding more sake to the brewing water used in the normal sake brewing process. It had a sweet, mature finish, like the taste of matured ✖︎ fruits 😋.

This time, the Wakata family decided to go on a great adventure in the name of returning home. Their destination was Miyagi Prefecture, which was directly hit by Typhoon No. 7. We drove to my mother-in-law's family home in Gunma Prefecture via Ueda, Nagano. After that, we went sightseeing in Aizuwakamatsu, Fukushima, and then back to my parents' house in Miyagi, where we enjoyed sake and the history of Japan. The typhoon and my arrival in Miyagi are almost the same day, so I'm worried about whether this trip is feasible or not, but for the sake of a good sake trip, I'll go ahead without hesitation 😁👍. I got Shinshu Kamerei in Ueda without incident, and also got Yamasan and Ting. We arrived in Gunma, impressed by the Yamba Dam. Of course, I was aiming for ✨Holy ✨. The white koji rice of Hijirizumu that I got is absolutely delicious 😋 It's nigori and active, and you can imagine what it tastes like, but it's so refreshing that it betrays that. It is not bitter, but not too sweet either. It goes especially well with sour pickles💕. We also enjoyed a bowl of rice cooked over a mountain pass that we bought at the train station and a bottle of Raiden beer from Nagano (a complete jacket purchase), and our night at my mother-in-law's house ended well.

This is the second thing I forgot to give you in June. A colleague of mine who often drinks sake with me recently brought this one, Sashimi. It's nice to meet you, but as the name suggests, the label looks refreshing. I took a sip with a little excitement. Sweet and sour‼️It's not alcoholic at all, and the freshness, especially the citrusy aroma, goes down your throat. Yes, it never leaves your nose😅. This is a gulp. My coworker and I drank it together and it was gone quickly💦.

I forgot to give you two things in June. One is Suitama. I like its moderate acidity and ginjo aroma 😊. But the back label says it has a moist umami, but it comes with a lot of zudong. As the temperature gets lower, the sweetness increases and the zudong decreases, but it had a mature taste that was both mild and profound 😋.

I completely missed the timing to give you this, Changyang Fookmusume's Active Summer. This is the one I ordered after Tian Ming the other day at another place's sake. This is also from CWS. I wanted to post it after Tian Ming, but I ran out of energy 😭 I'll get back on track now. This is apple🍎, with a fresh aroma and a trace of gas. When you drink it, it's sweet at first, then quickly comes crisp and dry. Delicate acidity, elegant apple flavor, and a dry aftertaste. Nothing but delicious comes out of it 😆💕.

This is the second Concept Workers Selection. The Blue Sky of Heavenly Light🟦. After drinking Tobirazumi at home, a few days later I happened to go to another sake place with an old friend and the manager recommended this series to me. What a coincidence✨! The manager recommended this series to me and said, "What kind of sake tastes good with the same alcohol content as wine? It seems to be a pursuit of "What kind of sake tastes good with the same alcohol content as wine? Mild sourness and sweetness like apples. The citrus bitterness is also delicious 💕. Low alcohol, but with a thick harmony of sweetness and sourness, perfect for the end of the rainy season. ❣️ Different from Hiraizumi, but the first sip of this sake screamed delicious 😊💕.

This is a bespoke, unfiltered, raw sake of Shunmai Ginjo Junmai Ginjo. It is said to be a yeast from the brewery. As the tag says "melon", it is a "melon🍈" itself! The sweet rice flavor comes first, followed by the sweetness of the fruit with a hint of cemedine. The aftertaste disappears with a slight bitterness and a characteristic sourness. Delicious 😋. As a pairing, prosciutto cheese is the best match👍It makes you feel like a prosciutto melon 👍❣️ I invite you all to try cooking in your mouth with a melon-feeling drink and prosciutto cheese 😁.

In connection with the mansaku blossoms, I realized I forgot to give you a delicious, slightly carbonated sake that I drank before the last Sparkling Dolce💦. Well, this sake, to put it simply, there's no mistaking the label👍. It's slightly carbonated, tastes the way I like it, it's cloudy, and it's great 😀. If I may say so, the rice taste was different from the last Sparkling Dolce. I think this one has more rice flavor. Also, the dryness. This one kicks in faster. When the weather is hot, all I can think about is sparkling 😅. When I went to Sukumasa to look for Kangiku, I ended up reaching for the sparkling dolce😍perfect for a day full of sweat👍✨. This one has the delicious rice flavor that is typical of Manzaku no Hana. But it also has a sourness and a sweetness that is so dolce, it's delicious 😋. The fine bubbles are like champagne, so elegant ✨It was so delicious💕. Not that it matters at all, but the Olympic soccer team got off to a good start and I was happy from the morning news today 😊.

After the White Fudo, I went to the Urasato prototype. I was very curious about this one when I saw Aladdin's post about it, and when I saw bouken's post, I made up my mind that I would buy it. It really was a grape, just like you said 😳‼️ and the fact that it's the red one and not a muscat really makes sense. I had prepared a snack of Nara pickles and Camembert cheese, which really matched the sweetness of the Urasato 💕💕. The sweetness of the Urasato really matched the sweetness of the Urasato 😋💕. It was a strange and too delicious drink. ‼️

Hi Wakata 😃. I think the combination of Ogawa yeast and a sake mother that is a "live yeast" type tends to bring out a red grape taste 🤔. I think it would go well with Nara-zuke camembert, Namo yeast acid base lye yeast, or Urasato which has a strong flavor 🤤.

I've had my eye on this one for a while now, White Fudo✨. To reward myself for working on my day off, I stopped by the liquor store near my office on my way home from work and picked some up 😆👍. The mother at the Tani liquor store told me that the production of this Hakufudo is very small, so if you want to drink a lot of it, I recommend you to buy it in a bottle, but I decided to buy the No. 4 bottle because I was afraid that the lid would blow off and the fizz would not continue in a bottle. I opened the bottle the same day I bought it. I chilled it at ➖5℃, but the lid still blew off😳. Now a sip. Yum😋‼️ The acidity is less than I expected. The gentle sweetness and freshness of the apples is combined with the proper riceiness of the steadfastness, and it's really delicious. ‼️ It's a summer sake, but it's more sake than you might think. The taste is very well made 💕.

It is a rainy June. The master left in a hurry because there was a liquor store in the neighborhood that he wanted to visit. When I asked him about the situation, he told me that he used to run a liquor store in Namie, Fukushima Prefecture, but after the earthquake, he came to Osaka where his relatives live and started a liquor store in our neighborhood. As a lover of Tohoku, I had to go. ‼️ It was very stylish, a liquor store in a home. The store was filled with wine and mainly Iwaki Kotobuki sake, as the son had worked at the Namie warehouse of Iwaki Kotobuki. The combination of the kind father, cheerful mother, and son who never stops talking about sake was wonderful. ❤️ We were looking for a bottle of Banjo Kotobuki made with white malted rice, but they didn't have it. Instead, they brought out a bottle from the back that was also made with white malted rice and was planned and developed by a staff member who enjoys running marathons at the Namie brewery😍. The aroma is elegant Banjo Kotobuki itself. The first sip is softly tinged with citric acidity from the white koji malt. I thought it would be more sour, but it was a gentle sourness. It was so delicious that I couldn't stop drinking. Of course I drank it all up😅.

This is my first visit to Nagurayama, I will be traveling back home via Fukushima during this Obon, so this is a preview for that 😁. It's a spicy and beautifully sweet sake. I can also taste the acidity, so it's a nice, refreshing saké 😋 It lingers for a long time, so you can have another cup with the beautiful aftertaste of this saké, it's delicious 💕.
