I've been wanting to get a bottle of Urasato's Usunigori after seeing how well it was received at Sake-no-wa for a few months. I got it in a bottle👍. This is a really energetic sake 😳. The moment I went to open it, the cork popped itself 💦. We were all surprised ‼️ The taste is just delicious ❣️ Not too sweet, not too heavy, just the right amount of deliciousness 😋💕It was the perfect match with the buttered Kesennuma oysters from Miyagi🦪‼️ I heard that Kesennuma oysters are best in spring because they are the biggest and tastiest, and it's so true: ‼️

I'll do my best to give up spring drinking while it's still spring 🌸 and make a vow to myself to do my best to give it up. The other day I drank some spring Jyuseki🌸. The sweet aroma is impressive. The light and soft sweetness is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sweet. The gentle sweetness and sharpness that spreads softly and gently, without making you feel heavy at all. Delicious 😋I wonder if the flavor will change after a few more days. I've already finished it 💦.

Four types of yeast and koji are brewed by "Shirakiku" in Kyoto. This sake, which is nothing but individuality, is made with four types of yeast and koji, including black koji, white koji, and miso koji. The yeast is also a blend of four types of Kyoto yeast: "Kyo no Hana," "Kyo no Saku," "Kyo no Haku," and "Kyo no Koi. Just from the description alone, I already have no idea what kind of flavor it is 💦. Well, take a sip. Sweet ⁉️ aroma is fresh at first, then melon. It tastes sour and ricey with a hint of richness. But eventually the green apple also comes out, and the complexity soaks into the body with a pleasant, not unpleasant mouthfeel. Delicious ❣️ but complex 💦. I was deeply convinced that it was named after the monster in the Tale of the Heike, the White White White Lion.

The next one is my favorite Banshu Ikkyo: ❤️ This is the first spring sake I've encountered, so it's the one I immediately decided to purchase. I took a sip, looking forward to seeing how the bitterness typical of Banshu Ikkenten would come out. Wow, it has an aromatic aroma, and a light, deep umami and slight sweetness, but it is also moderately spicy. It has none of the sweetness that is often found in spring sake, but it has a light, refreshing freshness. ❣️ It has a cute flavor, but it still retains its boldness at the end. It's delicious and I really like Banshu Issen. ❤️ For my entrée, I had the teriyaki yellowtail kama. Delicious 😋.

The next sake to drink early on a holiday is a fresh, raw type of kijo-zake. I often see everyone giving around orange, but our stockist chose yellow. It doesn't matter what it is, it's just a great one that tastes good and supports Noto 😊. Now this Iero, a kijoshu made with modern Yamahai sake. It has the freshness and slight effervescence only possible with nama-shu. Refreshing finish with just a hint of citrus. It's so delicious. ❤️ I got some cheap bonito tataki (bonito tataki is a type of bonito), so I paired this with it. It's great👍.

The cherry blossoms are almost over! I'm starting to flag hay fever, so I'm staying at home quietly. I've never had any allergy symptoms before, but since last year, I've been sneezing, sniffling, and teary-eyed in spring 😭. I keep making excuses that I must have caught a cold💦. In such cases, I drink at home. This Takaryu is said to be the raw version of the standard "Shu (red)" of the same series, so it's very tingly. The strong aroma is apple, or maybe 🍎. The mouthfeel is soft, and then the juicy sweetness and umami spreads in your mouth at once ✨The refreshing taste of the aruzoe flavor nicely sums up this sake and it's delicious 💕💕. A great drink to enjoy at home 😋❤️

The new fiscal year is about to begin. I think March is the hardest month because of the flurry of things like accounting at the end of the fiscal year, preparations for the new year, and gifts for those who are changing jobs 😓. In the midst of all this, the sake that soothes me is Akita rice and agave: ❤️ The word "kosake" has a connotation of craft saké. I think rice and agave is the only way to do it. This Hanakaze has a clear, fresh aroma with a bright grapefruit flavor on the palate. The bitterness and acidity are also strong. I like it. ❤️❤️❤️ It's in line for my most hijilism of the year 😆👍.

On the pink connection, I also had a drink a while back. I visited a liquor store, Haretoke, for the first time when I went away for a bit. I was excited to see so many drinks I had never seen before💕. Now this Juhachimori is made from Asahi rice from Okayama prefecture. The aroma is fresh and fruity. It was a delicious sake with a gentle but clean aftertaste 😋.

On the 19th, two city council members were supposed to come to my office and I was in charge of guiding and guiding them. This past week has been a week to take care of my internal organs. Partly because I had a stomach flu, partly because I watched Hataraku Cell Black with my daughter and was overflowing with the desire to give every tissue in my body a rest 😅. That was an amazing piece of work, wasn't it? The personification of cellular tissue and alcohol times really made me reflect. All you drinkers out there, go to TSUTAYA👍. That's why I spent the whole time without drinking, so here's what I drank before. I forgot to give it to you last month 😍. Selected Sake Rice, Sake Mirai. The combination of that and the instrument Masamune is nothing but special. ❤️ Fruity in sweetness. I think it's a little crispy melon. Then a light banana taste comes later. Fresh 😆. The low alcohol (13%), light and surprisingly smooth 💕. I was very impressed with the finish, which is a combination of all the best parts of the Masamune instrument 😊.

Yesterday was the Kansai Sake-no-wa Off-line meeting. We drank a lot, talked a lot, laughed a lot, and had a really fun and fast 3 hours 😊. Thank you everyone💕. I'll leave the off-line drinking to you guys, so I'll tell you what I personally drank. The sake to go with today's Hinamatsuri is Wakamusume's Usuka Sakura🌸This color is perfect for the Hinamatsuri 🎎. The aroma is mild and the taste is sweet with a full-bodied sweetness. The aroma is mild, and the sweetness is full, but it has a sharp sharpness and bitterness, yet it also has a soft and fluffy impression. This is the Wakamusume✨. It's not just sweet, and it's not just sweet. It has a complex bitterness and sharpness that is also well put together. I'm impressed. I'm becoming more and more of a fan 😍.

Osaka Marathon in the rain. As it happened, the venue for my daughter's English proficiency test was at Pool Institute, right in front of the Osaka Marathon course 😳Wally, Minions, people with unknown objects on their heads, everyone was running hard in the rain. And the people cheering them on were also running in the rain 😅. I couldn't move my car in the city because of too many restrictions, so I ran away to Kadoma for the time being. The burdock tempura udon at a Kadoma udon shop with a long line, excellent ❤️ too good 😍. In the flow of too good to be true, today we had hijirizum ✨. This was so delicious 💕😋💕Already a perfect cider 🍎 sweet and sour apple liquor. I don't know how this can be made from rice. It's only February, but it's tentatively ranked #1 for 2024. The overwhelming No. 1 👑. I hope you all will try it too: ❣️

It was a beautiful day 😊☀️ We decided to have an oyster party at our house, so we drove to Ako to stock up on oysters 🦪🚗. I taught my daughter about the Chushingura at Oishi Shrine and did a little parental 👍 Well, the nigori festival shows no end as our family is on a rave stock-consumption campaign. So again, this time, we will be serving Hakuba Nishiki light nigori to go with the oysters: ❤️ The aroma is refreshing. When you drink it, it has a soft and smooth taste with few peculiarities. Perhaps it is because of the lees, but the attack is a bit thumpy. However, the fresh sweetness of the rice spreads quickly and finishes with an impression of richness. But even if it is rich, even if the attack is strong, it's ok 👌👌. Because we have Ako oysters 💕🦪💕. A steaming oyster party 🥳 in our steamer. I saw a lot of pairing of Japanese sweets and sake at today's sakewa (though it was Ponchan and Lutemi), so I tried it as soon as I could. I got this monaka from my husband's mother. Mr. Monaka with white bean paste ❤️ I'm a Northeasterner, so I'm a grainy bean paste 🫘. I immediately paired it with a Purple Space Star Label 😋. Star Label is a junmai ginjo unfiltered sake brewed with a combination of Iwate Prefecture's brand rice "Ginga no Shizuku" and "Giovanni no Chikara", an original yeast also from Iwate Prefecture. The clear taste and elegant sweetness are mixed with the fresh and juicy flavor of the purple space and it tastes refreshing💕. And when paired with the fresh white bean paste monaka, the sweetness somehow stands out 😆 💕! I've learned how to drink good sake: ❤️

The next in our winter light nigori series is Omine-san's Winter Otosore. I am assuming that you all already know how delicious this is. I dare to say that it has the fresh sweetness of Muscat. The acidity is so vibrant that glasses of it go down the drain one after another. At Rokko Snow Park, where I visited the other day, I took a picture of a tree that had become gorgeous thanks to the ice, which I guess you could call snow flowers. ❄️

Nice to meet you, Tenmei. I have been looking at the people at Sake-no-wa and thought I must have a drink someday! I've been thinking about it for a few years. I finally got it 👍, but I just didn't go there even though it's sold in my neighborhood 😅. I guess it's because Tenmei was chilled too much in my house 🤔. Well, rich fruitiness from the glass, like white grapes. The lees are slightly sweet and moist and ricey. The finish was full of youthful aroma, sweetness and freshness 😆💕. Today is Risshun. Today I was lectured by my husband on what the new policy is. Hide the store of purchase. Don't spread it all over the Internet. Tell us what you think of it, except that it is delicious. Sake is profound. I didn't get anything from the Risshun morning pressing, so I thought I'd open a nice one and have an early supper while having a flax cat spark. Huh? It seems a little heavier than what I drank before. While I can smell the smoky aroma, the sweetness, umami, smokiness, and cloudy bitterness all come together. This is amazing👍If it's a little out of balance, it won't be like this, it's amazingly exquisite and delicious ❤️ It was a treat 😊.

It seems to be customary to visit Abiko Kannon to ward off bad luck during Setsubun in southern Osaka. Since my college days, I have somehow been going to Abiko Kannon to see the flame of the gomagi tree being lit. This year, for the first time in many years, Abiko Kannon was crowded with stalls. I went there by bicycle, visited the shrine, bought a bun to ward off bad luck, and returned home when it started to rain. I guess this was the end of the bad luck for my husband... I was relaxing in the kotatsu when a fire broke out from the snacks I was baking in the toaster 😱I wondered if I had gotten some bad luck from Abiko Kannon or if it was the last gasp of the bad luck. However, our Setsubun festival ended safely amidst the smoky smell.
