I bought it at the Nihonbashi Takashimaya Department Store because it was on sale for tasting. I also got a novelty.
The aroma is faint green apple. Refreshing acidity. Slightly low alcohol and easy to drink. Modern impression. My favorite type.

Today we will have our first Kamikawa Taisetsu ❄️ since Niseko, a sake from Hokkaido. The aroma is gorgeous, with a fruity ginjo aroma with hints of honey and vanilla sweetness. The mouthfeel is deliciously sour with a spiciness that lingers and disappears in the second half of the bottle.
It is delicious with grilled eggplant and garlic steak and iburigakko cheese 😋✨.
Although it is a pure sake, it is very easy to drink. It has a slight twang, but the aftertaste is clean and smooth. The taste seems to have changed considerably, and I think it has become a sake that feels like a nama-shu.
It has a light, refreshing taste with a slight effervescence and a low al of 14 degrees. Ginpu is the first brand we have had. It is a sweet and sour bottle made with white malted rice.
