We added one more sake to the free-flowing sake!
They say it's sake 🧀 to pair with cheese, and I'm glad I had it again this year because it was delicious last year! I'm so glad I had it this year 😋.
There is a reason why we visited only a few restaurants this year...

Furea-san is always on the lookout for this snack every year! It's a great snack 🤩.
Goes well with Kamikawa Taisetsu 😋.
There's a reason why we didn't visit as many restaurants this year...
It has been a long time since I have had the pleasure of drinking Kamikawa Taisetsu from Hokkaido, and it is refreshing, reminiscent of pears and green apples. The umami of the rice spreads gently, and the structure is firm yet reserved.
The finish is cool and crisp, with a sense of transparency from the melting snow.
At the usual BAR (3)
Almost no heady aroma.
Aroma: Muscat aroma, clear and slightly acidic.
Umami is strong and sweetness is moderate.
The end flavor is slightly bitter 🤔.
I had an impression of strong sourness and bitterness 🍶.

I see you also have Tokachi 😳I haven't had Junmai sake, but I visited the brewery when I went to Hokkaido, so it's a brand I'd like to try again. It looks so refreshing...

I think I drank too much this time, my memory is a bit hazy and my review is a bit fuzzy😅.
The master said it was a dry and refreshing sake and he was right ✨
I wish I could go to Hokkaido 🤤!
Fruity and lactic aroma.
Mildly sweet and slightly dense mouthfeel.
After the sweetness, there is a slightly astringent aftertaste.
There was no sluggishness or dullness.
First time drinking Hokkaido sake.
I will come back to Yamaichi again.
