Overall 9 (out of 10)
On December 14 and 15, friends from Aichi came to visit us, so we had a year-end party at our house for dinner 🍻.
We drank three bottles of sake of our choice 🍶.
Let me start with the third bottle of sake!
We bought it in Hokkaido this summer and kept it in the fridge.
Comet ✨ from Kamikawa Taisetsu Brewery
It's delicious 😋.
It's been a long time since I had a bottle in the summer. ❄️
My impression is that it starts with the same weak spiciness and acidity, and then the umami of the rice chases after it and closes it.
The handling of spiciness, acidity, and astringency other than sweetness and umami is clear and light without being heavy, and I think they are very good at putting them together👍.
I had it chilled.
Aroma: Aroma of a little bit of spiciness, acidity and astringency.
-Aroma: Slight ginjo aroma👍
-Aroma: Slight sourness.

Fun house-drinking year-end party ❣️ exactly around the time we drank the Tokachi, we had the main course! Daikon yuzu salad with daikon radish, mini hamburgers in demi-glace sauce, and peep stroganoff-style steak with cream and paprika. Pick up a small oden for chopstick rest! 😍😍
Hi shinsaku3 & Pekho 😃.
I would like to have a home drinking year-end party with your friends ‼️ this is a good drink 🍶🤗 looks like a lot of fun and food and drink 😙.
Sold only at the brewery and served only at the whim of the master brewer!
A phantom funakuchi!
A wonderful combination of Asahikawa water and rice!
My personal favorite!

The aroma is elegant with a pineapple-like ginjo aroma🎶✨️
In the mouth, it is elegant but rich and dry, with a lingering scent. ✨️✨️I have never tasted comet before, but I wonder if it will taste this rich ❔🤔It is delicious with a modern classic taste 😋.

Another bottle given to me by my parents ✨
This is a special junmai dry sake from Kamikawa Daisetsu!
It seems to be a summer-only sake as it is said to be made with Kitashizuku!
It is dry, but the first mouthfeel is very refreshing!
The spiciness leaves your mouth early, and the bitterness and sweetness combine to make it easy to drink 🎶.
I had the impression that the spiciness was moderate when it comes to white grape, and the sweetness was strong when it comes to soda water 🥰.
It's definitely refreshing and would be good for summer, thanks for the treat 🙏.
Purchased at JR Obihiro Station. Hokkaido only.
Drink it on the limited express train to Wakkanai. Aroma of citrus, green apple, honeydew melon, and a hint of cooked rice. The mouthfeel is sweet, and the honeydew melon flavor is obvious. Well-balanced, slightly thick, with medium to high alcohol and lingering. Long finish.
Pair with: peanuts, crab sticks, potato chips.
