12th Japanese Sake Festival] Osaka Bay Tower (1)
It is now 21:16.
My eyelids are already 4/5 of the way down, but I really wanted to post this excitement, so I opened my phone.
Today, I went to a Japanese sake festival held in Benten-cho, Osaka.
This is my second "Japanese Sake Festival". The purpose of this time was to 'maybe meet Mr. Yasube?' I was on an exciting mission!
I knew that Yasubeyesan had attended the festival as a volunteer last summer, and I was very excited to see if he would be there this time as well.
As I was looking around for him, I saw that he was there! He was there!
And it was at the Tochigi Ai no Matsunotoshi booth (lol).
I was nervous to greet you!
I had the same impression as Sake-no-wa, he was a very kind Yasube-san~!
I was so happy to be able to greet him!
And then...,
What a surprise! Mr. Yasube told me that Hiro-san came from Tokyo for the first part of the event!
Yaaaaay!
I didn't know that the two Sake no Wa stars had met!
I would have loved to have seen that scene!
Thank you for your hard work, Yasubeyesan! Thank you very much!
The sake was mellow and good!
Good evening, Pekkar 😃.
I see you were at the second part 😳 Wow, near miss this time 😆.
I was so nervous throughout today's sake festival because the people around me started to look like sakewa people 🤣.
Good morning, Hiro-san!
I am very sorry to hear that...
And it's great that you are moving west and east~!
As expected of you, Mr. Masamune Hunter! You are too amazing!
It was indeed a venue where everyone looked like Sake-no-Wa-san, lol.
Thank you very much, Bekkaaru 😀
Yesterday we were on a mission to support several breweries, but this Matsunotsuju was out of our charge, but he was alone, so we were Tochigi love to help him out in a hurry 😀.
I'll enjoy being a customer today 😇
Hi, Yasbay! You behaved like a kurajin at both booths~!
Too bad I couldn't drink Mrs. Butterfly.... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
But still, it's Tochigi love! It was great!
Good evening, Pekkar 😃.
It was a last minute post 😪 of 1/4 of a mabuta, but it was certainly a great meeting that I have to tell you about this one: ‼️
It's also a result of your Tochigi love🥰 that we met at the Tochigi booth 🤗.
The third drink outside was a bunny girl.
I'm still a young man who chose this one based on the label.
Autumn Sake with Gohyakumangoku and No.14 yeast
Not as flashy as it looks, but very powerful!
Calm taste and depth
Dry aftertaste for a mid-meal drink
Boiled satoimo with salt
Salt is good, but the spicy miso also invites sake.
at Tsukuyomi
Good morning, bap 😃
I'm a young guy who was caught by the label in front of the liquor store's fridge but went through it thinking it was sweet 😅I see you're a talented person on the inside!
The online seminar we had planned was successfully completed: ☑️
Thank you for your hard work and everyone disbanded.
I moved to Higashimuroran and had a drink at an izakaya in front of the hotel.
What to drink?
I ordered a sake once, but stopped 🫷.
I found a sake I was interested in on the recommended menu for the day!
It's Matsunotoshi, a Tochigi sake!
A brand I've only encountered at Noe, in Tokyo!
And it was a special Junmai Bunny Girl!
Not much aroma, but a kind of unique dry taste!
It was not the fruity type that I like!
But the waitress poured it into a glass for me, so I had it with ramen salad and Muroran yakitori (grilled chicken).
This week has been a week of rage!
But it is a relief when the event is over!
After having yonagari soba at the hotel and turning on the TV, I dozed off 😴 and fell asleep 💤 as usual.
I woke up at this hour to post a Sake-no-wa!
Are you feeling well for the event in Kumamoto in November, Bessan and Mexican tequila🇲🇽🙆
I hope you are in good health🙆
Because we are going to visit riki🍶!

Labels of interest: 🏷️
The taste is clean, centered on the umami🌾 of the rice.
No sweetness at all, gracefully. None at all😬.
My father who was drinking next to me said, "It's not sweet at all!
Indeed, my reflex was "Is it sweet? 💖" for a moment....
But on the contrary, it's a pineapple 😅.
Too bad 🤣
Good morning, ichiro18 😃.
Now that you mention it, it looks like there is darkness behind the eyes 😨It's interesting to see not only the contents but also the label crossed with the label 😆 I'd like to try the rest of the series 😁.
Hi Hiro-san, I'm with you 😃.
I picked it up at the liquor store the other day, but I didn't want to buy it 😅I should have bought it if it tastes so refreshing!
Jay & Nobby, I'm with you 😃.
I imagined Mr. J looking at the label and hesitating like "Mwah, that label looks sweet, I'm not going to ......🫸" 💭I'm curious about the liquor that won the Bunny Girl ❤️ 🫣.

When we visited Mashidaya on Sunday, we saw the information on the signboard outside the store and bought a bottle.
I opened the bottle on Thursday.
It is a delicious sake with umami, but it is also clear and refreshing.
Good morning, @Mizuhashi 😃.
I'm going to buy a packet of this one! I saw it at a liquor store near me over the weekend and had a hard time deciding 🤔I ended up with Souhyo Hiyayogoshi 😅.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌆.
Mashidaya, I didn't see it in your inn drinking recommendations, but it's on my list to take home 😊.
Hiyayogoshi from Soumu looks delicious too 🍁.
I went camping in Tochigi and bought this locally to accompany me at night.
It had a refreshing taste and sharpness, probably because it had just been released from the brewery, and it added a pleasant color to the cool evening.
I regret that I only have a rough impression and impression of the sake because I tasted it in an unusual setting.
My research revealed that Tochigi Prefecture has a lot of local sake, and if I have the chance, I would like to compare many different kinds of sake.
Gohyakumangoku use
The rightmost one ...... is not different from today's one at all. Look at the second one, it says the brand name!
A hint of lime, crisp and dry. The sweetness lingers after rolling.
