I forgot to take a picture! My grandmother, who was born near the end of the war, was still able to consume alcohol in good health and we enjoyed it together.
This is the first time for me to try Iwaki Kotobuki's light nigori.
I had an image of it being sharp and dry, but it is slightly sweet and the umami of the rice expands in the mouth, giving it a rich taste 😋.
The price is also very reasonable and I am very thankful for that 👛.
The quality is so high that it's hard to believe it's a honjozo spec, and it's delicious 🙏.
Good evening, Hirupeko!
You have recovered well from the earthquake and are making great sake👍!
Your first light nigorigo is also great ✨.
So please buy some 😁.
Prices are so high these days, I can't stand it.
So, here is the fourth installment of the "Cheap and Good Sake" series.
This is the fourth in the series. There is no label on the bottle, but it is probably Honjozo, and costs about 1,200 yen for a 4-pack.
The overall flavor is mainly cider, but there is also a hint of sea minerals and saltiness. That's what makes it an adult cider.
The brewery is said to be making sake in Fukushima and Yamagata prefectures, both of which have been affected by the earthquake and tsunami. This one seems to be from the Nagai brewery in Yamagata Prefecture, reminding me of a visit I made two years ago to Namie-cho, Fukushima Prefecture, where the earthquake and tsunami hit the Kakedo Elementary School. It reminds me of the blackboard message.
This is Banjo Kotobuki, a collaboration between Fukushima FM and Dr. Kenji Suzuki!
First of all, it's so good!
Fruity, apple-like, light, clean, and free of any unwanted flavors...! Is that Keiko Kitagawa?
The Shiitake Mushrooms from Samegawa Village are the best ✨!
