Yeah.
Tastes just like I imagined.
We enjoyed it while watching the fireworks without any pretense.

"We are a small sake brewery with no name, but we brew with love deep in the mountains of Tochigi."
That's nice.
The sweetness is moderate and the acidity and sharpness are wonderful!
It went well with grilled seseri and ponzu (vinegared gizzards).
Matsunotsuju Dry Junmai Hitogokochi
A deliciously spicy and refreshing sake
You want me to eat it too?
A deliciously spicy sake that makes meals go faster. You will never get tired of drinking this dry sake.
You can drink it and eat it!
When I had to go to Osaka, I procured this jacket in the basement of Takashimaya in Namba. I was attracted by the sexy lady and bought a packet. I gave it as a gift to my drinking buddies and received positive feedback that it was delicious and could be consumed quickly.

Drinking alone on a business trip
Tochigi is full of famous places.
Hatsumatsu no Kotobuki
It has a sharpness followed by umami.
Sweet, spicy, and umami.
The lady at the sake store recommended it to me.
I was a bit confused, but it was the right choice!
I'll get it, I'll get it!
My favorite Matsunotsu no Kotobuki
Interesting sake sold at the store
Sober Matsunokotos *Our ratio (lol)
Indeed, the label is super plain.
The bottle is also plain? No, it's not.
Slightly cloudy gray and beautiful.
Certainly the aroma and taste are subdued for Matsukoto.
But compared to our company's products (laugh).
It has a nice, calm taste for Matsukoto.
A sake that never tires

Hi Jay & Nobby, I searched the internet for hardy pine kotos❗
This was sold before 🤣I had to pass it up because the label was so flirtatious 🤭I'll buy it next time I see it ✨.
I bought Natsunokotobuki again this year!
The label is as colorful as ever!
The aroma is mild but classic with a graininess, but I think it also has a gentle, slightly sweet aroma 😆.
When I drink it, first it's insanely soft✨.
It has an apple-like freshness with a full-bodied rice flavor, and a fruity sweetness that is a bit like pear, but it soaks in refreshingly.
Next, I tried drinking it with ice, and I felt the classicness became milder and the refreshing sweetness like pear juice became stronger ✨ This is also good!
It's still delicious😳
Hi Jay & Nobby!
Rocking the pineapple tort, it was delicious ✨.
I worry every year that one day the cicadas will disappear due to compliance crap. LOL!
It is quite classic, contrary to the modernity of the packaging.
However, it has a very deep sense of grain and nuts, and I think it would go very well with peculiar snacks.
I am not a fan of classic sake, but the richness that draws you in is both unique and distinctive.
If I could find a marriage that is not a pairing, I think it would be a great match.
