MAJ advised me to try "Benten Musume" (‼️), but I don't know any distributors. I checked and found that there is a special distributor in the same ward 😃. Well, Nerima-ku is a big ward and 6 stations away by train 😅. So, let's go by train: ❣️ It was my first time to visit a liquor store and I couldn't find it even after circling the fridge 3 times, I asked the lady at the counter and she said there should be a bottle left and asked me if I wanted to buy it from the room temperature section. I was worried for a moment because I didn't know the specs in the bag, but I couldn't say no to her 🤣. When I got home and looked at the specs, I saw that it was a special sake for heating sake and that it was made in December last year with a sake degree of +14.0, I would never buy this for myself💦. The sake is yellow 🟨 when you pour it into a sake bottle. When you drink it hot, yes, it's the most peculiar and strange sake since Okinawan sake. I'm glad it's not as spicy as I thought it would be when heated though, This is a sake for advanced drinkers 😂.

Yeah, let's go to ❣️ liquor store 🙆 It's been a while since I've had a cup of yamori🦎🍶. Let's go to the brewery to buy some anyway 🥰. Seibu Shinjuku line Higashimurayama station kura walk for just over 15 minutes 😂. Arrive at the brewery's directly owned store "KAMOSInoBA!" while sweating💦crackling ✌️ The store seems to be a shoe-less store 🥹. The most noticeable series is the one with NEON written on the label. Behind it is the Golden Wedding series. I went around the whole store and there is no shop keeper🦎😱. There is a pop up on the shelf saying that if you want to buy Yamori🦎, I will refer you to a nearby distributor 😢. I chose NEON's GREEN Special Junmai, thinking I would buy the brewery's limited edition sake 🍶 if I came all the way here. Compared to Yamori🦎, it has a milder aroma and a little less sweetness. When you drink it, a slight bitterness spreads on the palate, and yes, it will be a good food sake for beginners. ✌️

I'm not a big fan of fashion but I'm always weak against the word "limited edition", so I picked it up and found out that it's a low alcohol sake of 12 degrees and sweet sake brewed with the same red yeast as "Momo-iro nigori" which I've had before 🥰. I thought this would be the perfect sake to proselytize to my daughter 💓 I poured it into a boar cup and pushed it to my daughter who was home for the first time in a while, while my roommate and myself toasted with a glass🥂: ❣️ Oh wow! It's a true rosé wine 😆. It has a sweet and sour strawberry flavor with a light acidity, and it's a low alcohol wine at 12 degrees, so if I'm not careful, I'll gobble it up 🥹. I turned to my daughter and said, "How about this? I said to my daughter, "Oh no. I can't have wine. I can't have wine." Another missionary failure 😔. She can't accept sake except liqueur 😂.

Well, here is the sake I bought on the way back from my summer trip to Kinugawa Onsen Hot Spring 🥰. Actually, it was the first time I drank Ni Usagi at home: ‼️ For some reason, there is no special distributor of Ni Usagi in the liquor stores I go around 🥲. I really wanted to buy a four-pack, but the cash-only store didn't have much on hand, so I bought this 500ml bottle, which is a little cheaper 🥹. Now for the taste... a 13% low alcohol sake with a smooth texture and a well-balanced combination of sweetness and bitterness 🍶. The label says it was made in May, so it must be a summer sake. The acidity is not that strong, but it is sharp and I would like to drink it with edamame 🫛 on a hot day 😊.

I tried Satsushu Masamune last time, but if I had to drink it again, I'd go for Tenpyo 😝. However, I've already drunk most of the Tenpikis that are not sold as seasonal sake😅. I've been looking for a junmai sake, but I've never seen a shiai bottle on sale 🥲. I happened to see a 300ml bottle on sale, so I asked the store owner "I'm looking for a Shigou bottle of this" and he said "Junmai sake is only sold in 300ml!" he said 🥹. That's because the only stores that sell Tenpyo are the ones that carry cups of sake or something like that 🙃. Well, I drank it and found it to be a bit too much... ⁉️ It doesn't have the sharpness of the main Junmai Ginjo 😂. It was about 700 yen for 300ml, so if it was sold in shiawase bottles, it would be about 1600-1700 yen? I guess it's enough considering the cosmetics, but after drinking Junmai Ginjo, I think I'm done with it 🥹. I drank some Tominohouzan from the same Nishi Shuzo brewery, and this morning, my legs hurt again 😖.

I think I'll start wearing sneakers to work tomorrow 🥲. Now, here's the sake I bought on my Tochigi Prefecture expedition 😀. It's not impossible to buy it at the liquor store I'm going around, but it was the last bottle, so I brought it home without a second thought 🥹. The product name "Kojo-no-no-nishiki" is derived from "Kojo-nishiki" rice, which was developed by crossing "Gohyakumangoku" sake rice with "Aosei-50" rice produced in Aomori Prefecture, and is said to be the first sake brewing rice in Aomori Prefecture. Yamada-Nishiki" is not the origin of this rice, I took a sip of such a famous sake. The flavor, sweetness and acidity are in perfect balance🙆. As expected of Nishida Sake Brewery's rice wine 👌👌. Tasake feels most well-balanced from Tokujun to Junmai Ginjo✌️ Yeah, it's delicious 😋.

I'm still trying to live a life that is kind to my body and my wallet by limiting the amount of alcohol I drink 😊. I was thinking that we might not be able to go on a family vacation this summer because we have a student taking an entrance exam, but my son is so stressed out that he wants to go to a hot spring ♨️ for one night 🥹. So, we decided to go to Kinugawa Onsen ♨️ because it was a place where we could stop by my in-laws' house on the way home. ‼️ On the way home, he wanted to eat Utsunomiya Gyoza🥟 for dinner, but it was too early, so I asked him if we could go to a liquor store in Otawara. I asked him if he would drive me to the liquor store in Otawara, and he said yes if he would drive me. ✌️ I looked around the store and chose about 8 bottles, and then I realized that this store was cash only 😱. I gave away half of them in tears 🤣. Today, I drank Miyaganbai, my favorite sake brewery in Miyagi ❣️ Too bad they only sold year-round products 🥲. This elegant sweetness is addictive. Yeah, definitely Miyakanbai with kanji 👍. Oh, did we have Hiragana Miyakanbai 😁.

After visiting my father's grave, I was driving 🚙 to have lunch near Hanno station when I saw a big sign for "Tenranzan" 🪧. I thought to myself, "By the way, Igarashi Sake Brewery is in Hanno City." I crossed a bridge and found a sake shop owned by the brewery ☺️ I braked and parked on the street and went inside, only Tenranzan series is sold here. ‼️ I really wish they had something special from Igarashi, but since I had come all this way, I decided to have a bottle to remember my visit. The taste was good, but not great👍.

Last week, I went to a nearby hot spring bath (♨️) to spend the last day of my summer vacation relaxing, and after sweating profusely, I opened a bottle of Hanamup, my first home brewed sake, to rehydrate myself. It was delicious 😋, but I knew I still had a fight left in me, so after a little over 1 gou, I drank 2 glasses of Okinawa sake with soda water. I decided I couldn't go to bed with that, so I drank three glasses of shochu mixed with soda water and went to bed. 🛏️ The next morning, the back of my leg was swollen and painful. It was the first attack of gout in several years, the great enemy of drinkers 🌀 People life End of life End End of life I was totally caught off guard 🥹. Anyway, it hurts to wear business shoes for work 👞, so I managed to go to work after taking a uric acid lowering medicine and painkillers 💊 that I got a few years ago. I completely stopped drinking alcohol for three days and only had one glass of alcohol on the weekend, but I still feel discomfort from the top of my foot to the base of my thumb 🥲. So we left at 4am on a Sunday morning in late June and went to Togakushi Shrine: ✌️ It was early in the morning, so there were no crowds and we visited Okusha shrine, and then went to Zenkoji temple because it was a good time to visit. We stayed in Matsumoto City, but I wanted to buy Shinshu Kamerei at any cost, so I went to the brewery in Ueda, where I was sure I could buy it, but they only allow one bottle of each type per person 😂. Then I looked back to see if I could get my roommate to buy a bottle as well, and before I knew it, she was gone 🤣. I finally opened a bottle yesterday at the end of the 3rd week and gave it to my roommate, who has not contributed anything, and she said it was delicious and raved about it: ❣️ Yes, it's true that anyone can tell it's delicious 😝. But I think the Genshu Mai Kinmon Nishiki I drank last year had almost the same taste 😅.

Well, I'm getting tired of Okinawan sake, so I opened a bottle of Tobiroki yesterday, which I bought in GW and had been sleeping for 4 months💓. I thought I would continue to fill in straight as long as these three points were my mile rule, but it was still the most difficult prefecture, Okinawa Prefecture. It was impossible 😢. I went to the antenna store in Yurakucho twice, the last time before the relocation and the second time after the relocation, but before the relocation they only had the same brand I posted before. Kagoshima always bought Tenpyo, but I want to try Satsushu Masamune for the first time: ‼️ But I don't know where to find a special distributor🤦. What a surprise, I wonder who posted this. I was wondering who posted this... 😃They have it at the Kagoshima antenna store in Yurakucho. Worst case scenario, even if you can't buy it, you can definitely just make up for it by going to Imadeya in Ginza, where they have a Tenpyo 😑. So I went to the big city to buy it on Saturday when my work was done until noon 😜. The antenna store didn't have any Tenpyo, only Satsushu Masamune for some reason😅. They had two types of sake, Junmai-shu and Junmai-ginjo, but I chose Junmai-ginjo because I thought it might be the first and last time to drink this sake 😅❣️ I chose the Junmai Ginjo because I thought it might be the first and last time I would drink this sake. Chichi-san advised me to buy Tenpyo if I was going to buy the same Kagoshima sake, so I was a little prepared for it, but it was easier to drink than I had imagined 🍶. It's a bit alcoholic, but it's a taste I can get addicted to 👅.

On a day like this, it's time for sparkling wine. ❣️ So I drove 20 minutes by bicycle to my usual liquor store to buy a bottle of sparkling Wakanami that I had been eyeing for a while 😊. There was still some left in the fridge😊. I know this is a bit of a change of subject, but Fukuoka Prefecture has a lot of sake breweries in the country. ‼️ I don't see much of it at the liquor stores I visit. I'm not sure if it's all done in Fukuoka, which is a big consumption area, or if it only goes to the Kansai area 😜. Now, let's open the bottle: ❣️ I spilled about 2 cups of sake because of the strong wind when I took the picture 😢. As Manachie said, I wish the color of the bottle would be clear for this kind of sake which has a possibility of spilling. Fashionable bottles are nice, but it's hard to see the blow up and it's hard to open the bottle 🥵. Well, when you put it in a glass🥂, there is a moderate orization. The sweetness is not too strong, but just right. It has a little bit of sourness to it. The first day it seemed dry, but today, on the second day, it has a sweetness. It's 13 degrees and low al and easy to drink. ✌️

I guess it's hard to buy sake in Kyushu region after all😜. Today is one of the difficult prefectures, Miyazaki prefecture❣️ Well, I just go to my usual antenna store near Shinjuku station 😝. Basically, I've decided not to buy the same sake until the end of 3 weeks, so I was looking around the store with the intention of buying a one-cup sake this time, when I saw a freshly stored sake in the fridge for the first time 😍. I was looking in the store for a one-cup sake, and I saw my first ever fresh-stocked sake in the fridge 😍. Now, open the bottle. It's like water, probably because it has 12% alcohol content. It's kind of a dour sake 😂. I guess I shouldn't drink it by itself 😅. Maybe it would have been different if I drank it with a meal, but even I can't drink 300ml. See you next time😜.

Well, the conclusion is that I am a useless metabolic uncle who can't manage himself 😝. All of these four items were written to reduce the amount of alcohol I drink. Lately I've been limiting my sake to less than 2 gou of sake, and I've been using carbonated shochu to make up for the sake I don't drink enough 🥵. I opened a bottle of this sake in a hole-in-the-wall club activity while being shocked by the results of my health checkup. The feature of this sake seems to be that it is brewed with white malted rice. Generally speaking, sake is made with yellow malted rice and white malted rice is mostly used for shochu😃. When I opened the bottle, the aroma is apple-like. But when you drink it, it's quite sour. ❣️ Sweet and sour sake. It's not too sweet, but more on the sour side. It seems to be very wine conscious. But for those who are used to drinking wine, it might have a halfway feeling😅. Let's hope the taste will change after a while😍.

Now Igarashi Sake Brewery is complete 😝. It's not a draft sake, but it needs to be refrigerated, but it's delicious warmed up too ❓❓❓❓ but I can't drink heated sake on this hot day, so I'll drink it chilled to a crisp. ✌️ The aroma is mild but apple-like. It's not gassy at all. Igarashi is known for its gasiness when pumped directly from the bottle. It has a slight sweetness in the mouth 👄. And a slight bitterness that spreads 👄. This is a well-balanced sake, It doesn't have any outstanding characteristics, but as a food sake, I would give it an acceptable score. ✌️

Before the game, Mr. Fujii won the second game of the championship. Reporter "Have you started drinking alcohol since you turned 20?" Mr. Fujii I drink carbonated ume liqueur about once a month. The reason is that it's sweet and easy to drink." So to commemorate today's victory, I got off at Ebisu and went to buy some Umeshu (plum wine) 😊. Actually, I was just tired of drinking sake because it was so hot😅. Well, I chose Umeshu, but I still had to fill in the holes, the sake that is stocked in the prefecture that has no stock in the fridge. There's no room for choice 🥹. Then I've decided on you: ❣️❣️❣️ Oita is Chiebijin's Black Tea Umeshu. It's actually the best-selling product in Chiebijin. ✌️ I'm not sure how I feel about it with only a few words left, but the black tea and plum flavors, sweetness, and brandy accent are great 😀. You can enjoy it on the rocks or with carbonated water as Mr. Fujii did. It is a good drink when you are tired of drinking 🥰.

Thinking about it, I went to Yamaguchi's Wakamusume ‼️ today to make up for the few remaining bottles I had left! This is the second time I've had a drink at home, following the last time: ✌️ But this time, it was a lightly cloudy Gekiso🌱! This must be delicious already😍! Well, it still smells a little green with a hint of melon🍈 and is slightly cloudy when poured into a glass🥂😊. When you take a sip, you will feel a very slight gasiness, and the fresh sweet flavor and slight acidity will spread. I felt a little bit of astringency on the first day of opening the bottle, but it becomes almost unnoticeable after raising the temperature a bit or on the second day 😗.
