I stopped by the liquor store on my way home from work on Saturday and it seemed like I was already on the verge of closing time and the closing music was starting to play 🎵🤣.
I grabbed the shochu I wanted, and while counting the number of customers in line in front of the cash register, I looked in the fridge and found a label I had never seen before on the shelf in Ehime Prefecture: 🏷️📍.
I glanced at the label on the back and confirmed that the manufacturer's address was Ehime Prefecture, and then rushed home to check what I had bought for myself after paying the bill when the cashier was the last customer and was giving off an aura of wanting to leave 😅.
What is it, Ishizuchi?
Well, what can I do now that I've bought it, let's try it 😑.

No wonder why the price is so high 🥺.
Well, when I drank it, it's an elegant sake with a nice sharpness: ‼️
And it's even drier than the published sake level 😘.
But it doesn't stick to my taste buds 😰.
I can't believe it's over 6.000 yen for a bottle of this 😱.
