(The best way to get the most out of this product is to visit 🍶🍶🍶🍶 I bought this at a liquor store on my way back from a visit to a grave in Fukui Prefecture 🙋I bought it because it was reviewed on youtube by Ishikawa's world famous Hoshitaro. I took it out of the fridge and opened the bottle. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not, but it's a good thing. The flavor of the rice and the pleasant acidity. When the temperature is raised, the flavor and acidity are more assertive than right after opening the bottle. It says that it goes well with Japanese cuisine, and I think this is true. It is a good food sake that does not interfere with food. Sari seems to go well with rice crispy rice 😀.

I wanted to drink some more, so I changed the restaurant for the third round of drinks. Sari Sari Tangled Hon Nama from Mouri Shuzo! Mild aroma, rich and full flavor, and a sharp sharp taste ✨. A night of drinking at "Fukuna Sakai" with my usual friends. Finally, we ordered the "roasted duck" that we had been curious about, which was quite delicious and similar to the seasoning we had previously had at an izakaya in Kyoto. Now, I've chosen sake from outside of the prefecture, but I ordered a bottle of Fukui sake to finish off the evening 🍶. Sari Junmai Daiginjo The aroma of rice with a hint of acidity, a slight shift from sweetness to umami, and then a sharp finish with a clear rice aroma. The sweetness and umami that is typical of "Sari" and the clean acidity finish off the duck's flavor and fat with a good aftertaste. I had a course, a la carte and various other dishes, all of them were very delicious and the price was very reasonable for the quality of the food, so I found a good restaurant ✨I will have to go back in the future

Sari...sari...shari...shari.... It says so on the back label😳. It also said to pair it with sushi, as the name suggests, so I decided to open it with sushi today ✨ The aroma is quite subdued, with a gentle, soft, young 🍈 feel, and a nice aroma of rice? I feel like I can smell it! The mouthfeel is soft and clear, with a beautiful citrusy acidity and a nice umami that gently spreads from the back 😆. It is delicious by itself, but I think it tastes even better with sushi...! The beautiful acidity refreshes the raw taste as if it were spiked with sudachi, and the fish itself does not interfere with the taste but only clarifies the umami? Something like that? It's like that 😆 lol It's so good!
