(The best way to get the most out of this product is to visit 🍶🍶🍶🍶 I bought this at a liquor store on my way back from a visit to a grave in Fukui Prefecture 🙋I bought it because it was reviewed on youtube by Ishikawa's world famous Hoshitaro. I took it out of the fridge and opened the bottle. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not, but it's a good thing. The flavor of the rice and the pleasant acidity. When the temperature is raised, the flavor and acidity are more assertive than right after opening the bottle. It says that it goes well with Japanese cuisine, and I think this is true. It is a good food sake that does not interfere with food. Sari seems to go well with rice crispy rice 😀.

I wanted to drink some more, so I changed the restaurant for the third round of drinks. Sari Sari Tangled Hon Nama from Mouri Shuzo! Mild aroma, rich and full flavor, and a sharp sharp taste ✨. A night of drinking at "Fukuna Sakai" with my usual friends. Now, I've chosen sake from outside of the prefecture, but I ordered a bottle of Fukui sake to finish off the evening 🍶. Sari Junmai Daiginjo The aroma of rice with a hint of acidity, a slight shift from sweetness to umami, and then a sharp finish with a clear rice aroma. The sweetness and umami that is typical of "Sari" and the clean acidity finish off the duck's flavor and fat with a good aftertaste. I had a course, a la carte and various other dishes, all of them were very delicious and the price was very reasonable for the quality of the food, so I found a good restaurant ✨I will have to go back in the future

Normally I'm not a big fan of spicy food, but I haven't seen sari for sale in a while and I bought it on the spur of the moment 😅 Is it ok? I will have it. Pouring it into a sake cup, it is clear with yellowish tint. The aroma is clean and refreshing, with a hint of melon 😎. In the mouth, you do not feel much acidity, and although you think it is a gentle drink, a thick dry taste spreads from the tip of the tongue to the upper jaw. It is a rounded dry taste with no corners 😚. And what is somewhat strange is that this spiciness is not felt from the center to the back of the tongue, but a flavor like the umami of rice is sitting there 😁. It's full of juiciness. It was somewhat filling ☺️ On the second day, I don't feel the pungency. The juicy, glossy flavor jumps in and fills your mouth, and the flavor stays and satisfies you 😍. Can't stop 😵.

This weekend, I'm going to my in-laws' house in Kobe in a hurry 🚗💨. On the way there, I went to a liquor store in Fukui, which I was curious about, It seemed to be a special sake store for Shinmasa, so I was very excited 💞💞💞.
