(The best way to get the most out of this product is to visit 🍶🍶🍶🍶 I bought this at a liquor store on my way back from a visit to a grave in Fukui Prefecture 🙋I bought it because it was reviewed on youtube by Ishikawa's world famous Hoshitaro. I took it out of the fridge and opened the bottle. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not, but it's a good thing. The flavor of the rice and the pleasant acidity. When the temperature is raised, the flavor and acidity are more assertive than right after opening the bottle. It says that it goes well with Japanese cuisine, and I think this is true. It is a good food sake that does not interfere with food. Sari seems to go well with rice crispy rice 😀.

I wanted to drink some more, so I changed the restaurant for the third round of drinks. Sari Sari Tangled Hon Nama from Mouri Shuzo! Mild aroma, rich and full flavor, and a sharp sharp taste ✨. A night of drinking at "Fukuna Sakai" with my usual friends. Finally, we ordered the "roasted duck" that we had been curious about, which was quite delicious and similar to the seasoning we had previously had at an izakaya in Kyoto. Now, I've chosen sake from outside of the prefecture, but I ordered a bottle of Fukui sake to finish off the evening 🍶. Sari Junmai Daiginjo The aroma of rice with a hint of acidity, a slight shift from sweetness to umami, and then a sharp finish with a clear rice aroma. The sweetness and umami that is typical of "Sari" and the clean acidity finish off the duck's flavor and fat with a good aftertaste. I had a course, a la carte and various other dishes, all of them were very delicious and the price was very reasonable for the quality of the food, so I found a good restaurant ✨I will have to go back in the future

something left unread This one is also titled "Fuwurin". It has a mellow aroma of rice. When you drink it, it has a dry, smooth, and smart texture. After the acidity, the rice flavor is not too sweet. It has a good sharpness. It would certainly go well with sushi. Nice match with leaf wasabi in soy sauce. This is spicy and delicious! At Imadeya in Chiba Station. Sticky, cheese-like taste. I think it's pretty good. The sweetness and acidity are not too much, but the taste is good. but the flavor is still there. Perfectly balanced. It has a nice sharpness. But I might not buy it myself.

This is the seventh post I've accumulated! On this day, I brought two bottles of alcohol to the tavern and enjoyed them with my business associates. First, the first bottle! It's been a long time since I've had a sari 😁. When cold, it's like drinking dry water. As the temperature settled down, it became thicker, mellow, round, dry and thick drink 😊. It's refreshing and sharp.

The aroma is mild and seems to have a slight rice-like flavor. The umami and bitterness flow slowly and intertwine with each other. It is a sake that makes you want to savor it slowly and savor it rather than drink it as you go along.

Fukui Travel⑥ After admiring the night cherry blossoms along the Ashiba River 🌸, we enjoyed yakitori at Akiyoshi (3rd photo), which is famous for its yakitori, and then had our first drink at RICE BAR, where we arrived to drink sake after four consecutive closures and refusals 🍶. As I am a picky eater, there were many things I could not eat, but I was served an appetizer (the fourth one) that seemed to go well with sake. This is also Fukui sake and was delicious 🤭 After that, we drank until 1:30am, so I won't go into details from this point on 😅...
