It has a mellow aroma of rice.

Sticky, cheese-like taste.
I think it's pretty good.
The sweetness and acidity are not too much, but the taste is good.
but the flavor is still there.
Perfectly balanced.

On this day, I brought two bottles of alcohol to the tavern and enjoyed them with my business associates.
First, the first bottle!
It's been a long time since I've had a sari 😁.
When cold, it's like drinking dry water.
As the temperature settled down, it became thicker, mellow, round, dry and thick drink 😊.
It's refreshing and sharp.
The aroma is mild and seems to have a slight rice-like flavor.
The umami and bitterness flow slowly and intertwine with each other.
It is a sake that makes you want to savor it slowly and savor it rather than drink it as you go along.

After admiring the night cherry blossoms along the Ashiba River 🌸, we enjoyed yakitori at Akiyoshi (3rd photo), which is famous for its yakitori, and then had our first drink at RICE BAR, where we arrived to drink sake after four consecutive closures and refusals 🍶.
As I am a picky eater, there were many things I could not eat, but I was served an appetizer (the fourth one) that seemed to go well with sake.
This is also Fukui sake and was delicious 🤭 After that, we drank until 1:30am, so I won't go into details from this point on 😅...
