When I say Oita, I mean "Chiebijin" ✌️
Although it is highly rated on sake websites, I don't see many postings of it on Sake-no-wa, perhaps because it is a difficult brand to buy 🥹.
Living in Tokyo, it's relatively easy to buy a variety of brands, which I appreciate 😍.
Now for a sip: ☺️
The flavor and sweetness spreading in your mouth: ‼️
I feel so happy 😀.
The umami that slowly waits in the mouth is balanced with the slight bitterness that you feel when it passes the throat.
I don't think I'll venture out and look for another brand from Oita anymore 😅.
Overall, it is more subdued and less floral than the Omachi I had before, so I guess it is more of a food sake in the "Chiebijin" category 🥰.

Good evening, 3KAN4ON🌇.
In my case, I tend to put it off because the bottle is fat and bulky in the fridge and I always see it on 🌪️...
But if you drink it, you won't regret the taste 😇.

Hello 3KAN4ON!
I found it at Mashidaya, but I couldn't buy it because of the cooler situation.
I haven't seen it anywhere else, so if it's close to my house, it's probably in Tochigi 🤔.

Good evening, Chichi!
It's true that the bottle shape is a little fatty, and if you think you can always buy it at stores that carry it, you'll always be put off 🥹.
I wish Chiebijin had seasonal sake🙆

Erin, good evening 🌆.
I see you went to Mashidaya: ‼️
They have a good selection of sake, so I tend to buy mostly seasonal sake when I can't find it in my hometown 😢.
But it's delicious, so if you happen to see it sometime 😊.

3KAN4ON, good evening 🌙
I often can't find it when I want to buy it 💦It shouldn't be so bad timing, but I guess I have no luck 😢I get jealous when I see you drinking it 😁.

Good evening, Pon-chan😊.
Sake is often a once in a lifetime experience, and if it's a standard sake, you may end up putting it off... 😍.
But "Chiebijin" is a sake that never goes out of style and has a taste that women love 😍.
