Last time I went to Machidaya, they didn't have much of the sake I wanted, so I went to another liquor store about 50 meters away 💨.
I was planning to buy Tamitsu at this store, but they said they only stock one bottle 🤣.
I had no choice but to look in the fridge and find some more 👀 Kurumizaka from Wakayama.
I found a junmai sake that was more expensive than the last junmai daiginjo 💡.
I thought it's a yellow sake and not my favorite type, but I was attracted by the 20% off on paypay and bought it 😅
It's still yellow when you put it in a wine glass 🥂.
And a little sour 🙄.
But a little sweet🍫.
It might go surprisingly well: ✌️
I thought it might go well warmed up, so I heated it up, and the sourness went away, but it still tastes like the honjozo sold at the supermarket 🤣.
It's not good even when it's warmed up 👎.
It was a sake that only shows its true value when it is cooled in the fridge 😱.

Good morning, 3KAN4ON 😃.
The atmosphere seems like it would go well with heated sake 🤔 but it's better chilled 😅.
But in our case, we'd probably say anything heated up is good 😋🤣.

Good evening, 3KAN4ON 😀
This challenge is indeed a great challenge for you, 3KAN4ON 😀.
I guess I'm not up to the challenge of thinking of all the temperatures 😅.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌆.
I've been fooled by the fake atmosphere lately 👎.
I drank this sake as a SAKE highball while I drank a shochu highball, it was the best one 😱.

Good evening, Yasube!
When I buy different brands, I find that some of them are not to my liking and I have to struggle a lot to make them taste good 💦.
In case you're wondering, highballs are the best 😃✌️
