Fukui Travel⑥
After admiring the night cherry blossoms along the Ashiba River 🌸, we enjoyed yakitori at Akiyoshi (3rd photo), which is famous for its yakitori, and then had our first drink at RICE BAR, where we arrived to drink sake after four consecutive closures and refusals 🍶.
As I am a picky eater, there were many things I could not eat, but I was served an appetizer (the fourth one) that seemed to go well with sake.
This is also Fukui sake and was delicious 🤭 After that, we drank until 1:30am, so I won't go into details from this point on 😅...

A slight haze of leesiness.
It has a slightly bitter taste on the palate, but it settles down after the next day.
The aroma is gentle and clean, but the taste is soft and complements meals.
