I stopped by the liquor store on my way home from work on Saturday and it seemed like I was already on the verge of closing time and the closing music was starting to play 🎵🤣.
I grabbed the shochu I wanted, and while counting the number of customers in line in front of the cash register, I looked in the fridge and found a label I had never seen before on the shelf in Ehime Prefecture: 🏷️📍.
I glanced at the label on the back and confirmed that the manufacturer's address was Ehime Prefecture, and then rushed home to check what I had bought for myself after paying the bill when the cashier was the last customer and was giving off an aura of wanting to leave 😅.
What is it, Ishizuchi?
Well, what can I do now that I've bought it, let's try it 😑.
Wow, it's Junmai Daiginjo specs.
No wonder why the price is so high 🥺.
Well, when I drank it, it's an elegant sake with a nice sharpness: ‼️
And it's even drier than the published sake level 😘.
But it doesn't stick to my taste buds 😰.
I can't believe it's over 6.000 yen for a bottle of this 😱.
I haven't had any luck lately 😭
Good evening, 3KAN4ON 😃.
Buy the label 🏷️! It involves risk ⚠️ but you might find a minor stock 🤩‼️ and dream of buying it 🤗I hope you win the next one that sticks 😌.
Good evening, 3KAN4ON!
I'm attracted to labels that I've never seen before ❣️ and then when I drink it, I find that I don't like it 😅and then there are some that taste better than I expected so I can't stop myself 😁.
Good morning, Jay & Nobby 😃.
As I have written several times, I want to discover minor stocks and spread the word in the sake crocodile ‼️
I have an ambition to discover minor stocks and spread the word about them to the world, but it's as difficult as winning a high lottery 😭.
Good morning, Pon 😃
There are many brands that I used to avoid for some reason, but after reading your review of Sake no Wawa, I found out that they are delicious 😅.
I want to become a Scotter myself and discover new brands 😍.
Hi 3KAN4ON 😀
I only had an image of Ishizuchi as green, but there was another version called Masamune 😳.
Thanks to challengers like 3KAN4ON, you are a great reference 😀.
Good evening, Yasube!
I think Ishizuchi is the No.1 sake brewery in Ehime Prefecture, both in SakeTimes and in Sakewa, but I can't seem to get a lucky draw 😭.
I want to be a Scotter, not a Challenger 😰.
I received this as a gift from a colleague who was on a business trip to Ehime!
When I tasted it, I felt a faint tropical flavor afterwards...like a tropical flavor...or maybe it's dry.
I drank it at room temperature without chilling it, but I heard it is recommended to drink it cold.
I will try it again later when it is chilled!
This is also a Junmai Daiginjo made from 100% special Yamada Nishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture.
This is the first time for me to try sake from Ehime, but it was very beautiful and delicious!
The aroma on the rise is slightly like white grapes, but when you take a sip, it is an elegant sake with a strong acidity and flavor that spreads more than sweetness.
