Solid taste with good sharpness 😌👍️
Not too much of a cloying taste, but clear ✨.
It is not sweet, but clear and crisp. The acidity is sharp and clean, and you will never get tired of drinking it. Ihyakumangoku. Metbrust, Gokotsuru (an extra), and

It is nigori ⚪️
It has the perfect sense of rice 🌾 that only nigori can give 👌.
It has a little sweetness, the sweetness of rice 🌾.
Alcohol is added, but there is no smell of alcohol and it is refreshing.
The apple-like sweetness that seeps into the aftertaste is a nice touch and makes it enjoyable until the end 🤗.

Complex flavor
Peanuts, peanut skin, dead leaves, ? It is too complex to describe with my vocabulary.
If I could, I would say, "Yum! I'd say it's "good!
This is the first time I purchased Ariiso sake. I had seen it at liquor stores frequently, so I bought it 🍶.
It seems to be a Hokuriku sake, especially from Niigata and Toyama! I got the impression that it is typical of Hokuriku, especially Niigata and Toyama. So called "light and dry" 🌾.
I think it is better to drink it with food rather than just by itself.
It has a smooth mouthfeel and the umami spreads quickly, but it has a nice sharpness. The strong umami has a strong impact, but the alcohol does not linger in the aftertaste for a 17% alcohol content.
Nihonbashi Toyama-kan Toyama Bar 🍶Limited selection of famous sake shops in Toyama! Special selection drinking set🍶 Ariiso Akebono Junmai Ginjo Betsuatsurai
This is the first Ariiso, a 50% polished sake with a good umami taste from the palate including a sense of clarity. Although it is jun-dai, it is not flashy, and although it has a slightly raw feel, it is not rough and has a calm taste, making it a good sake to drink during meals.
It has been a long time since I have had a cold sake that is unexpected in a good sense.
