Just a few of the drinks from last week's trip to Toyama that I have not posted here....
Raijin Kijin Hagiwara is the second one. Ariiso Akebono from Himi. This is a label I have never seen before. This sake is made from Shunyo from Himi and Yuyamanishiki from Toyama. It has a gorgeous aroma, as if it were a jun-dai.

The flavor spreads softly and smoothly, but it disappears quietly at the end, saying "Ojamashimasu!
I think I may have found the best bottle as a food wine...

It is not sweet, but clear and crisp. The acidity is sharp and clean, and you will never get tired of drinking it. Ihyakumangoku. Metbrust, Gokotsuru (an extra), and

It has the perfect sense of rice 🌾 that only nigori can give 👌.
It has a little sweetness, the sweetness of rice 🌾.
Alcohol is added, but there is no smell of alcohol and it is refreshing.
The apple-like sweetness that seeps into the aftertaste is a nice touch and makes it enjoyable until the end 🤗.
