Slightly peculiar aroma on the nose
Slightly tangy
Sweetness is strong but does not linger, leaving a refreshing aftertaste
When served with avocado consommé, the richness of the avocado and the fruity flavor of the sake was a nice touch.
Clouds in the mountains.
I found it.
It's not like the last one.
This is not CEL24.
But it's delicious.
Light and fruity.
It's a brand to watch out for.
a great deal of knowledge

They seem to be a recently established brewery ✨I don't know 😆.
Modest sweet and sour 🐴🐴⤴️
It's also good as a food sake ✨.
I'm enjoying it very much.
Junmai Daiginjo Zaazaa SWEET" by Kawazawa Shuzo
Junmai Daiginjo Zaa Zaa Zaa SWEET" from Yama no Kumo, a famous sake brewed in Agawa-gun, Kochi Prefecture and born in 2021.
The product name "Zaaaaaaaaa" expresses the sound of rain falling on the mountain, which is also the source of the brewing water.
The rice is made from 50% polished top-grade Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture. Brewed with a mutant strain of CEL-24, a yeast born in Kochi Prefecture, this junmai daiginjo-shu has a rich aroma with a sweet taste.
It can also be enjoyed by comparing it with its sibling sake "Yama ni Kumo ga Junmai Daiginjo Zaaa Zaaa".
The aroma is gorgeous and sweet, reminiscent of a pineapple with a strong yearning.
The taste is very fruity and glossy. Later, a slight fresh bitterness forms the outline of the flavor, creating a sense of exquisite balance. The finish is rich with a mellow lingering aftertaste.

Na! What is it!
What is this label?
It looks like a child's drawing!
It's a perfect jacket.
But I didn't want to miss it, so I chose the one that says SWEET.
This is the first brand name in a row.
Actually, I bought another one when I bought this one, so I'll buy the next one too (no one expects me to do so, lol).
I had no prior information about it, so I searched for it on Sake-no-wa.
I found this guy....
I heard that he is from Kameizumi!
Oh!
This is good information!
oh!
Isoamyl acetate.
AHAHAHAHH!
Oh, no!
It is so sweet that I laughed.
I actually laughed.
It is a true Kameizumiism!
However, there is a spiciness in the aftertaste.
Is it from the alcohol?
This is a sake that makes me want to drink other brands.
The label is also unique.
It is wonderful to encounter new sake!
I saw it featured on the Instagram of my favorite liquor store and immediately went to buy it when I saw how delicious it looked ❤️!
This is a new sake brewery that was established in Kochi in 2024 by a former toji (master brewer) of Kameizumi for about 20 years.
The sake is made with special grade Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture and a yeast called Little CEL24, which is different from CEL24.
It has a gorgeous pineapple-like aroma, melon sweetness and flavor, and is very easy to drink.
The second day after opening the bottle, it became mellower and tastier!
I thought the brand name "Clouds in the Mountains," the name of the first sake "Zaaa Zaaa," and the design of the label were all very nice, feeling fresh and new, but also simple and neatly Japanese in their beauty!
Somehow, it reminded me of a poem by Kenji Miyazawa. Kenji was from Iwate, and this one is from Kochi, lol!
I've seen this brand at Sake-no-Wa from time to time and was curious about it 🙄.
I popped it in to bring to an outside drinking party: ☝️
The name and the label design are both innovative✨
I'm excited to try it!
The taste is so fresh, clean and fruity that it's hard to believe it's fire-roasted 😚.
It's a modern sake with a good balance of sweetness, flavor, and acidity 👍.
I wish they had it near me 😙.
The newest brewery in Kochi Prefecture.
There is now a distributor in Osaka, but it is too far away, so you can buy it at the antenna store in KITTE.
The yeast used is CEL24 and Super CEL24.
Fruity, pineapple-like, and slightly effervescent. The first half is sweet, but the second half is a bit bitter. I thought it was sweeter than another product from the same brewery that I drank at a previous event.
I guess even Gohyakumangoku can be like this when CEL yeast is used 🤔.
When the temperature goes up, it becomes a little more sake-like.
Good morning, bouken 😃.
I've always been curious about the clouds in the mountains, so I just did a reconnaissance the other day even though I can't buy it due to storage space issues 🤩.
I'd be happy if they have it permanently at the Tosa store in KITTE 😊.
Hi Aladdin 😃
The shopkeeper said that they were planning to start selling them around the beginning of this year, but it might be difficult to keep them on the shelves at all times because of the production volume 🤔.
It's been a while since I've had a drink, and it seems like I've got an engine?
The third bottle was a bottle of Carrara Carrara by Clouds in the Mountains, which I had bought the label for!
As the name suggests, it captures the sound of the wind blowing down from the cold windy mountains of Kochi, I hear, and it captures my imagination even before I drink it 😋.
The aroma is sweet, with a hint of white peach. In the mouth, a light, fruity sweetness spreads first. What follows, however, is a crisp, sharp sharpness reminiscent of an empty wind and a slight bitterness. The sweetness does not linger on the tongue, but recedes quickly, making it very easy to drink.
There is not much of a sense of microbubbles, but the light spread after drinking is pleasant 😄.
This lightness makes it excellent as a food wine.
It has a gorgeous but clean aftertaste, so it does not interfere with the flavor of the food. It seems to be easy to match not only with Japanese food but also with Western food.
I was surprised at the high degree of perfection of this sake, which is produced by a new brewery.
