Sweet, tasty and slightly mineral 😚.
There is also a slightly tingling carbonation 🫧.
The ginjo aroma is also rich and enjoyable: ☺️
Kochi & Gohyakumangoku, I was surprised that it has a sweeter taste 😳.
I thought it might be too much to drink with sushi. I thought it would be too harsh to drink with sushi, but the acidity is refreshing and easy to drink with a moderate sweetness 🤗.
I think it would be good as a food sake 🤭.
