A delicious favorite sake that fills the mouth with fresh pineapple and leaves a moderate pungency afterward. I also felt a thickening.
The owner of the sake shop told me to buy junmai sake, not junmai ginjo, because it is the best to drink with a meal. I served it with yellowtail shabu-shabu and it was fantastic.
I came to Nakatsugawa City in search of chestnut sweets. Slightly fruity aroma. Mellow and easy to drink.

It is both aromatic and sharp!
The sake is full-bodied and deep, and can be enjoyed all at once. The zenmai, which serves as a side dish, really knows how good nihonshu is, and the soba drinking experience is completed with the izakaya hirauchi (flattened buckwheat noodles) that follows. Hats off to a frustratingly perfect game. I'll do my best at work tomorrow (*^-^)

The aroma has a strong fruity ginjo aroma.
The sweetness comes out strongly in the mouth.

Deep in the mountains of Nakatsugawa. As our predecessors have posted on Sakenowa, it was a long way to the brewery. It is important to drive with respect for others. I feel I was able to accumulate virtues along the way.
There is a parking lot for about 4 cars under the hairpin curve before the brewery, and I felt their welcoming attitude. It seems that they also have a corner bar. They also have a selection of Moayashimono and Natsuko sake.
