Bits 😱
Ena brewing whale wave Fukuoka town I don't know 🤔🤔
I was in the dark under the lamp stand.
So I took a little break from work 😁.
It is a road that is not easy to pass unless you have a purpose 😅 According to the brewer, it is about 600m above sea level and many people turn back on the way 😅.
I asked the brewer why it was called "Whale Wave" ❓ and he said that in the old days, clouds ☁️ resembling the shape of a whale often appeared in this area, and since Gifu Prefecture is a prefecture without a sea, there might have been a desire to see it.
The taste is a little bit sweet, but it's a good taste.
It has a mild nutty 🥜 taste!
I would like to go back when they have more ginjo-nama-sake 😊.
Ena Brewing Ena 🎵 😁
Good evening, kan-san 🌛Wow ❗️ I see you went to the brewery 😳There are a lot of freshly squeezed and nigori-nama sake in the fridge 😊The choice of freshly squeezed honjozo sake is indeed a good kan-ji 😆.
I've been wanting to try it for a long time and finally got to drink it 😁.
I've been wanting to try it for a long time, but now I finally got to drink it 😁.
I bought it together with the Seiwa I drank the other day!
I don't know any other place that stocks it...
It has a robust flavor, but it's also fruity and sweet.
The spiciness gives the impression of converging at the end.
The aroma in the nose is very fruity!
Junmai Ginjo is said to be the most fruity in Kujiranami, so it is possible that the others are not so much to my liking 🤔.
Gifu Prefecture. Nakatsugawa City. Ena Brewing Co.
Junmai Ginjo Kujiranami.
Purchased at a sake shop in an old town in Gifu that handles all 12 breweries in Hida.
One of the last bottles of the 4-gouge bottles brought back from the Obon trip (10/10).
We will drink it cold.
The first aroma is apple-like with a hint of sourness.
The color is clear and slightly greenish yellow.
On the palate, it flows smoothly and without any stickiness.
The taste is clear and mineral with no clutter.
The palate is clean with a hint of citrus acidity, a hint of sweetness in the middle, and a final touch of acidity.
As the temperature rises a little, the acidity is strongly felt and a slight spiciness lingers on the tongue, making it sharp.
It is refreshing and suitable for a mid-meal drink.
I heard that there is an unfiltered draft, but I would like to try that.
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic)
Rice used: 100% Hidahomare
Polishing ratio:50%.
Alcohol content: 16.0 to 17.0 degrees Celsius
Good evening, Mr. Nemuchi.
I just got the unfiltered raw from Kochira the other day 😊.
From the reviews it looks like it's going to be a good one 😁.
I'm looking forward to it 😆.
Good evening, bouken 🌛I wanted to try the raw sake as the fire-brewed was more refreshing than I expected 😅I think I would probably prefer the taste of the raw sake 😊I might go to the Danger Zone to buy some 🤔.
