Timeline
いーじーPurchased at Sanyotsuru Sake Brewery at Saijo Sake Festival.
Almost exclusively distributed locally and not seen at all outside of the prefecture🤔.
I got the impression that there were fewer customers on the day of the festival than elsewhere, probably because the brewery is located on the edge of the Saijo area!
Slightly yellow
Aroma like chocolate, nuts and honey
Soft impression
Smooth, round and gentle flavor
Rather dry ヒロ☀️
Drunk, I left the Saijo Sake Festival and went into my hotel.
I'll have a few drinks with my spoils 😋.
We will have Sanyotsuru's Sake Festival limited edition sake with Fukubito's Masu 😄.
Snacks are beef tongue🐮 and chicken liver with ginger🐔🫚 bought at the Saijo Sake Festival square.
Mild taste with clean sweetness and umami 😚.
The woody aroma of the Masu adds a noble guest, woody and a bit fruity ✨.
The cypress Masu is good for less aromatic sake😙.
With beef tongue 🐮 and chicken liver with ginger 🐔🫚, the flavor increased and had a synergistic effect 🤗.
The sake forest was beautifully lit up at night ⭐️ ムロGood evening, Hiro!
I envy you Saijo🍶 Festival!
It would be fun to go around with you, Hiro. ❣️
You have great energy😊👍!
You are indeed the "Hukkaru no Hiro😎" 💖. ヒロHi Muro 😃
The Saijo Sake Festival is a lot of fun with a great crowd and a hodgepodge of people in the city😃I'm sure if I went with Muro I'd be drinking a lot 😆.
ヒロ☀️
Here we are again this year at the Saijo Sake Festival🍶.
Drinkers are coming from all over the country.
...I am one of them 🤣.
First of all, from Sanyotsuru 👉.
What is KUBO🤔?
Well, ok, just drink it and you'll understand 😆.
Slight sweetness and umami.
Slight sweetness and umami, with the occasional tangy sake-like sensation.
It has a rich ginjo aroma and even though it's a dry strain, it feels very rich.
Sanyotsuru is always very strong.
It's been a while since I've had a bottle, so I bought a limited edition sake from the brewery 😆.
Looks just right for tonight's hotel sake 🤣.
A good start ✨ さしゅーHello, Hiro-san! I see you are going to the Saijo Sake Festival😄I'm glad the weather looks good! Hiroshima sake is also of a high level, so please enjoy it as much as you want! ヒロGood evening, Sashu 😃.
Sorry for the confusion. I was in Hiroshima last week 😅.
The weather was too nice and I was wandering around in search of sake while avoiding direct sunlight 🤣The drinks were delicious and fun 😆. ma-ki-Hello, Hiro-san!
Oh~ Saijo Sake Festival 🎵
I see you are participating 😲😲.
You're a quintessential sake vitality 😁✨✨.
I will enjoy your review of Hiroshima Sake 🤗 ヒロGood evening, ma-ki-😃.
I'm all about drinking 💪😆.
We diverged in Saijo and took a detour on the way back. I'll post the side trip as well, so stay tuned 😁. いーじーSaijo Sake Festival (6)
The last sake brewery we visited was Sanyotsuru Sake Brewery, which was also new to us!
We drank hiyaoroshi and bought some limited edition sake and left Saijo 🍶.
It was a very fun sake festival, but there were just too many people 😂I would like to come back on a weekday when it's quieter.
I heard it's also famous that people always fall down and ambulances come, but I guess it's safe? I'm happy to see it😅
Alcohol in moderation 🚑.
It has a gentle flavor, but the most classical taste of all the sakes we drank this time.
Slightly full-bodied but with a crisp aftertaste ヒロ☀️
I'm at the Saijo Sake Festival.
It's a great crowd 😳
First of all, we had a barrel of Sanyo Sake 🙏.
It's quite reasonable at 100 yen for 60ml 🙄.
Well, I guess that's festival price 😆.
It's sake 🍶.
Sweetness is firm.
There is a moderate cedar aroma from the barrel. The cedar aroma is soft and fluffy. This may be the softest barrel sake I've ever had.
This kind of moderate flavor is very special for festivals 🤗. ひるぺこGood morning, Hiro-san ☀☀☀ Saijo Sake Festival is great! The weather was perfect and the special atmosphere of the festival made the sake even more delicious 😊. ヒロHi Hirupeco😄
Thanks for your comment 🙏.
It's fun because the town around the station is in a festive state 😆 It was great to see inside the warehouse and drink some rare sake 🍶 ❗️ いずみTasting of 3 kinds of sake. Junmai Daiginjo, Daiginjo-Nama-Ginjo, Junmai-Ginjo Harajuku. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
