I came to Osaka on this day to attend the "Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower" 💪.
I'll make a short stop before going to the festival: 🚶➡️
Nakao Sake Brewery in Ibaraki City has a booth in front of Sumimichi station. Nakao Sake Brewery has a brand called Tsuya Masamune, and I stopped by to see if they might be serving Masamune 🤔.
As it turned out, there was no Tsuya Masamune and no hunting... 😓.
However, the toji was there and I was able to ask him when it would be released this year 😁.
Yoshi👉.
We had sake and yakitori at the booth✨
This sake is made entirely from "Mishima Omachi" (a variety grown in Mishima, Japan) 🍶.
It has a thick flavor with a slightly strong attack and a firm umami 🤔.
The toji-san asked me, "How about some yakitori?" I bought it without hesitation😅
Yakitori is my favorite 🤣.
It's yakitori with ume vinegar, but it's salt based and refreshing with ume vinegar.
It's a nice sweet and tasty drink to go with sake😊.
Yakitori with salt and plum vinegar was perfect for Miyama 🤗.
Now that we've accomplished our goal, we're heading to the Japanese Sake Festival👉.

Hello😄
I am also in Osaka on Saturdays and Sundays.
(I'm coming out from my parents house to Osaka to go back to my parents house)
I can't go to any of the drinking events or the sake brewery liquor store. Please enjoy yourself.

Ane, good evening 😃.
I see that you did. ❗️ Is it an errand for your parents? Is it a serious errand if you don't drink alcohol 🤔.
I hope next time you can go there for sake 😄
