I got the impression that there were fewer customers on the day of the festival than elsewhere, probably because the brewery is located on the edge of the Saijo area!

It has a white wine-like aroma, and although it is 80% polished rice, it has a refreshing acidity and umami flavor with no cloying taste, and is rather dry 🤔.
It is well-balanced, so it seems to go well with a variety of Japanese and Western dishes, tonight we had it with hand rolls 😁.
It has a light and gentle mouthfeel with a low alcohol content.
