When you drink it immediately, you cannot sense any strong characteristics at first, but the deliciousness of the rice oozes out from the middle part of the bottle, and in the latter half, the fruity overtone appears in small waves.

Overall, it has an elegant flavor typical of Junmai Daiginjos.

The last sake brewery we visited was Sanyotsuru Sake Brewery, which was also new to us!
We drank hiyaoroshi and bought some limited edition sake and left Saijo 🍶.
It was a very fun sake festival, but there were just too many people 😂I would like to come back on a weekday when it's quieter.
I heard it's also famous that people always fall down and ambulances come, but I guess it's safe? I'm happy to see it😅

Purchased at the sake brewery in Nonta, Saijo Roadside Station. It has a dry, dry taste that is rare for Hiroshima sake, which is hard to believe that it is made with 80% polished rice. It has a light, refreshing taste, and a good balance between dry and fruity. I liked it because it was the easiest to drink.
