This is a first time brand that I would not have known the name if it were not for Sake no Wawa!

Ripe and sweet, but dry.
It was very good, but I preferred the dry Junmai sake, so I bought that one.

Slightly sweet with a sake strength of -1, but I thought it was too sweet for me!

When I put it in my mouth, I was surprised. The taste is strong. It is quite drinkable. It tastes a bit like a Western liquor. Today I had it with wasabi-flavored cheese, so it was a perfect match. On the other hand, it might be a little too strong with sashimi. It is delicious.
