The 12th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower🍶.
⚫︎ Hamafukutsuru CRAFKAN
This is a sake for warming up, created by young employees in a serious attempt to create a sake that goes well with warmed sake 🍶♨️
Start with room temperature. ♨️
It is slightly sweet, but has a strong mouthfeel.
Next, warmed sake♨️
The strong mouthfeel disappears and it's really refreshing 😳.
It goes down your throat easily and flows into your body 😊.
When I told the guy at the booth that it would go well with Japanese food like grilled fish 🐟, he gave me a big smile and said "that's exactly what I was thinking 😁" 😆.
I'm glad we can agree on the pairing 🥰.
⚫︎ Hamafukutsuru Junmai Daiginjo
It won an award🏆 but was completely eclipsed by the heated sake 😓.
If only CRAFKAN wasn't here 😇
⚫︎ Mie no Kanmei Gen.
So called fruity taste with decent sweetness and umami 😊.
I think it's a standard taste in sake for gold medal 🤔.
⚫︎ Mie-no-Kanbai
This one is different, dry.
It has a stoic throat 😎.
The description says it has been reborn with a mellow taste, but I thought it might not be mellow... 😌 one day at a Japanese sake festival.
