Sake with no specific name on the body label. It is labeled as 83% Mishima Omachi, but it does not say "Junmai-shu" (Mishima Omachi is a sake rice that was revived about 60 years ago). The aroma after opening the bottle is like whiskey. It tastes like it has been laid down in a whiskey barrel, and although it is light, it is a difficult sake to drink, and I thought it was not suitable as a food sake.
On the second day, I drank it on the rocks, and it tamed the harsh taste, but the peculiar flavor remained the same. It was the same in a tin tumbler.
I think "Bongu" and "Ryusen" are better suited for me...
