Sake Party, 4th bottle from a friend I got this bottle at the "Kitahiroshima Sake Festival" held in Kitahiroshima I got this bottle at the "Kitahiroshima Sake Festival" in Kitahiroshima. Oh, it's a sake brewed from a yeast yeast yeast, huh? But it's not so It's a good sake for those who can drink it. It is gentle and a little sweet. It is calm and the acidity is not too strong. Daiginjo-nama-genshu Very mellow, with a sweetness that fills the mouth. It leaves a rich aftertaste. It makes you want something refreshing. Junmai Daiginjo KUBO It has a light, refreshing taste, and a good balance between dry and fruity. I liked it because it was the easiest to drink. The last part is a bit vague because I was drunk, but I was very satisfied because I could enjoy the various drinks!

The origin of the name "Sanyo Tsuru" comes from the name of a row of pine trees along the Sanyo Road, decorated with cranes and named "Kuromatsu Sanyo Tsuru. 100% Hiroshima-grown medium-grown Shin-Senbon. It is a very satisfying and delicious sake with a thick, rich flavor that is aptly described as "quiet sourness. It is different from "sweet and sour" in that it has a delicious acidity that quietly pervades and covers the entire tongue with its delicious flavor and sweetness.
