Nigori (nigori) sake by Munemasa.
There is so much nigori that it does not become uniform even when the bottle is shaken.
It is drier than it looks and has a strong alcoholic taste. As is typical of nigori sake, it has a strong flavor, but not too much. It has little ginjo smell and no distinctive characteristics.
It is delicious. But I would be fine with cheap nigori sake if it were this good.

-Quite sweet, not too sticky, and no aftertaste. I think this is due to the moderate acidity. It has a good taste, but I think it should be enjoyed on its own, not as a food sake.
