Long time no see Hana Yuu, and I bought Akita Sake Komachi, which others had raved about in their posts! Yeah, of course it's delicious as it should be🎶. A bottle will be gone in no time🍶. Yesterday I went to the National Stadium to see the Japan vs France rugby team! A huge crowd of 57,000! The game was hot, the temperature was hot and we had fun 🎵.

My favorite Genmai 🎵 And it's been a long time since I've had Omachi🎶. Sweet and juicy! And yet it has a clean aftertaste without being cloying. It also has a nice bitterness to it! Delicious! One of my three favorite sakes! I want to keep it in my fridge! This weekend we are having a BBQ at the home of a senior who retired last year. The perfect location with a view of the Shonan Sea from the balcony! We had a great time eating and drinking!

First Father's Day 🎁 from my oldest son who got a job in Hiroshima It's been a long time since I've had a dry sake. It's refreshing since I've been drinking a lot of sweet sake lately! I would love to go there when my first grandchild is born next month. The third one is In this heat wave, we went to a very famous shaved ice shop in Chichibu, Saitama. We used to have to wait over an hour to get in, but this time we were able to get in without waiting more than 30 minutes! I opened a bottle of HANAHOYAKU that had been sitting in the fridge for 6 months🌼. I get tired of drinking it in a row, but it's still delicious after a long time 🎵. First Hiroto River As an omatist, I couldn't pass it up and bought it. It was even better than I expected 🎶. From the website below Mellow and smooth, Hirotogawa is full of flavor and rice extract. My second son who lives alone came home after a long time 🏠. I let him drive from home (near the sea in Kanagawa Prefecture) to Tokyo because he had never driven since he got his driver's license 🚙. Although he was nervous, he drove smoothly on the Tomei Expressway from the open road. He said that the refrigerator in his room was empty, so I found it when I was shopping at the supermarket and bought it 🍶. Sludgy nigori sake! Quite a slurp! But easy to drink, maybe once in a while!

I stopped by my favorite coffee shop in Yokohama to buy some beans and they had them! Lucky 🎶. It somehow goes well with the store and I have come across it about 3 times in a year. I think it has less bitterness than the Kinmon-nishiki I drank before........ Delicious 🎵

On the way back from climbing Mt. Norikura in the Northern Alps, I went to my usual liquor store in Matsumoto, but they didn't have the Genmai I was looking for (tears). The store staff said they had very little in stock. Last year, every time I went there, they had something in stock, but this year........ So I bought Gokotsuru. It's a delicious one too🎶. On the way home, I saw a nice view of Mt. Fuji reflected in the rice paddies.

When in doubt, this is the one! You can't go wrong with Ozeyuki! Junmai Daiginjo, so it has an elegant taste with a mild character. Lovely white palm flowers blooming every year at this time of the year. I saw them again this year while hiking in Nishitanzawa (Kanagawa Prefecture)! Flowers 🌼 filled at altitudes higher than 1,400 meters above sea level! It was a good year, just like last year!

At Uemoto Shoten I wanted to try this sake, but I couldn't find it. I found it while casually looking at Instagram! And it was near my second son's room who lives alone. I really wanted to try the Hachitan-nishiki, but they didn't have it, so I went for the Ihyakumangoku and Yamada. I really wanted Hachitan-nishiki, but they didn't have it, so I went with an assemblage of Gohyakumangoku and Yamada-nishiki. And then there was the "SONOMANMA" Tokushun, the unfiltered, raw sake version of "SONOMANMA", a limited production sake that is bottled exactly as it is after being pressed in the tank, without any additional treatment such as removing the slime. Just saying the word is too delicious🎶. Today is only the second day, and I hear the sweetness and flavor will gradually increase.
