This is the first brand I have seen.
It is slightly sweet, but has a gorgeous and soft taste, and seems to be balanced by a slight acidity for a good aftertaste. It also has a Junmai Daiginjo-like elegance.
As is typical of Aomori sake, it can be served with anything with a slightly strong flavor, including meat, fish, leafy vegetables, root vegetables, and other Japanese side dishes, such as soy sauce, miso, and salty seafood soup stock. ❣️
It is only in Aomori that you can find such a delicious sake brewery that you can only find in your hometown.

I'm honestly not a fan of hiyaoroshi because sometimes it has a strong sense of maturity 💦I think it's a gamble to know that without tasting it 😅.
