The aroma is milder than expected, but slightly apple-like.
When you drink it, the sugar sweetness and syrupiness are quite strong, but it is closer to a dry sake than expected, and it goes down quickly. It is better at room temperature, as it has a more modern apple sweetness.
The limited edition sake might have been better, but it is not too modern, nor is it too classic.
As the brand name suggests, the acidity of this sake is like a breeze that passes through you comfortably.
It is delicious, but it may taste even better on the second day when it has mellowed after being exposed to air.
