父の日プレゼントではなかったですが、 4月にようやく入手して、 いつ飲もうかタイミングを見計らって父の日になりました。 なので、 待望の初・飛露喜を九平次に続き開栓。 香りはそこまで無く、口に入れると 僅かに甘さはあり、甘過ぎず 苦味と酸味のバランスが絶妙。 キレもあって料理に合わせやすい。 美味い。流石に評判通りの美味さです。 モダン系ではないが、 辛口でもなく、クラシックとも違う。 素晴らしい、バランス系のお酒という感じ。 美味過ぎ、幸せすぎて九平次ともすぐに空になってしまいました。

It is a special bottle made from Aizan rice from Hyogo Prefecture, which is called the diamond of sake rice. I bought Kenkunichi because I enjoyed another brand, Fuji Masamune, which I drank the other day. The sake rice was again Sake Mirai, and I had high expectations for it. This is the first canned rice wine in a long time. Junmai Daigin rank is also a first. The gorgeous ginjo aroma is also unique to junmai-daigin. According to Shizukiya's website, this Hyakuda sake rice is a cross between Sango-Nishiki and Aki-Shyu No. 718, which is Akita's preferred rice for sake brewing.
