The first issue of the Great Snow Canyon. It is a seasonal Jungin (spring sake). I had an image of it being dry, But the label suggested that this spring sake might be a gorgeous type. I was curious about Sanjoraku. We had it cold and warmed. It has a rich umami taste of rice that spreads quickly. It also had the acidity typical of Yamahai. The first day the bottle was opened, it had a freshness from direct pumping, It is not at all cloying, and the sake goes down very well. It is delicious and I personally like the taste. It is delicious both cold and warmed, It is good to drink with a meal. If you want to warm it up, it is best at room temperature to lukewarm.

As soon as I drank it, I muttered to myself that it was delicious. It was just as described on the label, clear and free of any unpleasant taste, The slight fizziness and the acidity that comes in the latter half of the bottle is very nice. The slight effervescence and the acidity that comes in the latter half are very nice. It goes down smoothly without interfering with the meal. If you are not careful, you will finish it in no time. Mimuro cedar is still delicious.

While everyone is participating in the Nigori Ekiden, I am holding the "Nigori Ekiden" to make up for the disappointment my alma mater suffered in Hakone! The first section of the race will be run by "Shira Kotobuki" again this year! It's so good for such a cheap price. 1,595 yen! Considering the recent high cost of living, I hope they can manage to keep the price at the same level next year, even though it is likely to go up to the 1,800 yen level or so. The price is getting higher and higher every year, and there are fewer and fewer sake that I want to buy... Melon, banana, and lactic acid drink aroma...I feel like it has a banana milk feeling somehow. It's sweet, but I don't get tired of it because the sweetness comes in a whiff at first, but it recedes quickly and unexpectedly. The sweetness lingers for a long time, but it is not bothersome because it is intertwined with the bitterness that appears in the middle. In fact, this intertwining gives it a sense of depth, and it is even enjoyable. Since winter has come, we have been eating nabe (hot pot) all the time, but it has the depth of nostalgia to go well with Japanese nabe, chige nabe, soy milk nabe, and so on. Surprisingly, it also seems to go well with Italian food! It would be interesting to drink it with white sauce pasta or gratin... It's a great runner-up for the sectional award!

I had not yet had a bottle of Hyakumangoku No Shiro Nama Sake, I drank it as one of the last bottles for 24 years. It is a really beautiful sake. It is moderately sweet and slightly effervescent, just like the label on the back, The words "clear" and "mineral" are perfect for this sake. I paired it with fried food and sashimi, but since it is low in alcohol and has the same taste as above, it can be enjoyed on its own. I could also enjoy it on its own. Yoshida Kura (Tedorigawa) never fails to deliver.

The last sake of 2012 was Shinshu Kamerei and New Year's Eve Soba 😀. A faintly sweet and fruity aroma, The sweet and fruity aroma, umami and gentle acidity make it refreshing. This is the first freshly squeezed raw sake from Zancho Horai. Because it is a tokuso-jun, the ginjo aroma is low. This time, it is from Kamizawagawa Sake Brewery, which has a brewery in Shimizu City (now Shimizu Ward, Shizuoka City), the familiar place where Chibimaruko-chan was filmed. Although it is a junmai-daigin, the ginjo aroma is modest. However, its fruity sweetness is unique. The specs are as follows Rice used: Yamadaho (for both koji and kake) Polishing ratio = 50%. Sake degree = +3.5 Acidity = 1.1 (From Sabun Sake Shop website) The documents for the year-end adjustment were safely prepared, and we only had to submit the original documents. On my way back from my Shizuoka Sake Trip🍶🚗. I googled a nice sake store in Atsugi💓. It was my first time to visit Isojiman! I had a chance encounter in Atsugi, not in my hometown Shizuoka 😂. I found a bottle of special honjozo in the back of the fridge. I brought home a bottle of special honjozo from the back of the fridge. It's fruity and smells great! So it's a honjozo? It was a more elegant ginjo sake🍶 than I imagined! I don't usually drink aluzoe, but, Amazing ‼️ lightness and fruitiness ❣️ The refreshing sharpness of the alcohol makes the cup go down a treat! Delicious 😍!
