At Uemoto Shoten
I wanted to try this sake, but I couldn't find it.
I found it while casually looking at Instagram!
And it was near my second son's room who lives alone.
I really wanted to try the Hachitan-nishiki, but they didn't have it, so I went for the Ihyakumangoku and Yamada.
I really wanted Hachitan-nishiki, but they didn't have it, so I went with an assemblage of Gohyakumangoku and Yamada-nishiki.
And then there was the "SONOMANMA" Tokushun, the unfiltered, raw sake version of "SONOMANMA", a limited production sake that is bottled exactly as it is after being pressed in the tank, without any additional treatment such as removing the slime.
Just saying the word is too delicious🎶.
Today is only the second day, and I hear the sweetness and flavor will gradually increase.
I'm looking forward to it 🎵
