My favorite Sugiyu Compared to the taste I like, This one has a refreshing taste, A little bit of spiciness and bitterness. It has a little sweetness when served with chutoro (medium fatty tuna) that my father-in-law bought at Kadokami Gyorui (角上魚類). -͈) Does it go well with chutoro or with soy sauce? Sugiyuu, I like the result.

Long neglected sakewa app. There are a lot of drinks that I haven't been able to record. I bought this sake a long time ago, I've kept it in the fridge for a while, and recently I've been sipping and drinking it. It is cheap and tasty with a small red snow crab, and the crisp and refreshing flavor of this sake makes it taste mellow. It was delicious.

Makino Sake Brewery, looking forward to it. 53 Okeh of the Great Sake Brewery. Mmmm delicious! It's a solid sake (no vocabulary). The mouthfeel is mild as the label says, The taste is mild as the label says, but the flavor is very robust. It goes well with the stir-fried Naratake mushrooms my husband picked from the mountains today! Thanks for the delicious meal!

Costa Rica's best, delicious sake Snow Kayasha is really delicious! Today's menu is another extravagant one. The largest black maitake mushroom my husband has ever picked again! Deep fried maitake mushrooms that a friend of husband's gave us! (I couldn't look directly at it and had to dilute my eyes. It was delicious, but I gave up after half.) When I cook dinner, it's either ready-made, convenience store, or just one dish (good luck, Watashi!). Thanks to the blessings of the mountains and my husband. Thank you very much.

With the big maitake mushrooms my husband picked yesterday, Today I am full of maitake mushrooms! Skunk cabbage hiyaoroshi, It is so delicious that you can drink it very much! Nice aroma when you open the bottle! Gentle taste with the delicious flavor of rice. It is my favorite sake!

My husband had made salmon roe marinated in soy sauce for the first time in a while, so we had a little drink! The other day, my sister-in-law gave me a piece of "Naraman". It is said to be read as "Konichi". I got this one when I went to visit Niigata City. There were many delicious looking ones at the liquor store, so I chose one after consulting with them. It is fruity but not too sweet. We are enjoying it with sashimi we bought in Kakunoue. Thank you for the peaceful daily life!

All Gunma Local Sake 100% Maikaze Junmai Namaishu Seiryo Alcohol 16%, Rice polishing ratio 60 It is said to have won the grand prix in this year's Maikaze our best selected by fans. It was hot today, so I had zaru ramen, shime saba (mackerel), and tempura of cod sprouts. My child's elementary school was suddenly closed due to an outbreak of influenza and corona at the same time. I was off work and didn't have to pick up my child from school, so I opened a beer a little early today.

With the early arrival of spring, a wild vegetable hell, or rather, a wild vegetable festival, has started at our house. Since it was cold and snowy this morning, we decided to have a nabe (one-pot dish) tonight. We will have udo, cod sprouts, and kogomi tempura for dinner. Today was my beloved daughter's elementary school graduation ceremony. I had not prepared a celebratory sake (← for myself), I found this sake in the fridge. 2022 Oke 53 was well received, Watashi had just missed buying it, I found it at a store I visited the other day and was overjoyed to get it. I was disappointed to find out when I got home that it was 2021, not 2022, I was disappointed to find out when I got home that it was 2021 and not 2022. The result was okay. I am happy with the result. Thank you, my daughter, for growing up! I love you!
