I've been on the Matsushima excursion boat several times.
I've been on the Marubun Steamship several times, where you can buy noshii squid.
I wanted to try again to have the whole bag of these squid cut with scissors and serve it as an entree with sake...
Sake + Ate + View all together.
Nothing more to say!
Sake is refreshing and goes well with noshii!

A friend gave this to me as a birthday present.
With a bottle of sake, it takes me about 10 days to finish it, drinking one cup a day, and I get tired of it, so I have to put different sake in between.
So, I had to put a different kind of sake in between,
I bought it at a convenience store,
It was a refreshing sake with a good flavor, but a little short.
It is freshly picked hops by Sapporo.
The first sip had a strong bitterness!
But as you drink it, you get used to it and the bitterness fades, making it an easy beer to drink,
I think I got drunk in a good way.
Today's beer is Sapporo's Winter's Tale.
It was the first snow of the season here in Hiroshima,
It was the first snow of the season here in Hiroshima, too.
The first sip,
Hmmm! Is it a dry beer?
As I drank it, it wasn't and it was an easy drinking beer.
Ichinozo-san, is it the basic form?
First, try it cold.
It is refreshing, not too light, and has a full lingering taste.
It is good during a meal,
It is good with food.
Today, I served it with sashimi and bigeye tuna.
