Shishimai series, followed by Ichinozo.
I wrote that I recommend Yoshida Rui, but it is Ichinozo, which is very stable.
Thank you very much for your kindness!
Ichinokura was recommended to me by a senior sake drinker.
What is this flavor?
Does it taste more like caramel than fruit juice?
No, no, very elegant caramel?
It is not heavy at all.
Rather, it is light and refreshing. Yum!
This also went well with the namul~.
Ichinokura mukantha
Named with the two meanings of four companies becoming one brewery and aiming to be the best (only one) brewery in Japan.
Ichinokura's "Mukansha Honjozo" was released in 1977 and is the company's flagship sake. Mukanzan" means that the sake is produced and sold under the company's own quality standards, without being subjected to the appraisal of any national sake competitions. This allows the company to reduce appraisal fees and other costs, and to offer high quality sake at an affordable price.
The aroma is fresh and fluffy with a fruity, slightly sweet taste. The mouthfeel is very mild, with an impression of sweetness both on the nose and in the mouth. Afterwards, it is crisp and a little refreshing.
