Last week, I went to Zenkoji Temple in Nagano City for the once-every-seven-years Gokaicho (the Buddhist ritual of the opening of the temple to the public) 🛕.
I went to the store I stopped by half a year ago to buy some Shinshu sake, but it was closed.
On my way home, I stopped by Matsumoto City and bought this sake along with Genmai at my usual store 🍶.
I love Hitogokochi, and it's orikarami!
It was one of the last bottles, so I decided immediately.
Pleasant aroma and elegant flavor
and refreshing acidity!
Delicious 🎵!

Samuchi, I see you went to Zenkoji 😀, looks like a lot of people 😅 I'd like to try Saku no Hana🌸 too. Speaking of Matsumoto, Sogaperu is close by, but it looks like it's gone this time of year 😅.
Good evening, Harry Sakeboy!
Zenkoji temple was a bit crowded, but I had a great time!
The first Urasaku no Hana I drank was not so good, but after that it was sweet and tasty like Shinshu sake 🎵.
The 🍍🍍🍍 series!
I bought this during the first week of April when I went to Saitama to visit my parents-in-law's grave.
One of the products that embraces the indigo
Of course it smells and tastes
🍍🍍Paina~🍍🍍🍍.
It's like 🍍🍍🍍🍍.
I'm going to enjoy the taste change 🎶 since it's a bottle.
Good evening, Samuchi 😊.
Nice series👍.
And what a 'huayou-youkasu' that I, personally, have always wanted to try at least once, but never even seen a shadow of it!
I'm too jealous~!
Good evening, enoshima-san 🌉.
It is difficult to get a single item, but I can manage to buy it with some conditions, such as a bundle.
However, I wonder if there is anything that can be done about the difficulty of obtaining them.
Samuchi, that sounds great! And if it's a bottle, you can enjoy it for a while 😊My fridge is ok with one bottle, so I'm not sure what I'll put in it next😅.
Samuchi-san, Pina 🎶.
I have a bitter memory of missing the ras1 by a touch
I have bitter memories of missing the last one 😭
But I knew it was like a pinapper 🍍.
I felt like drinking 😄👍
Good evening Harry Sakeboy 🍍.
I've got rid of my refrigerator 💦.
I want to go to the Northern Alps in GW, so I'll bring some Shinshu sake as a souvenir, and I want my fridge to be full again ✨.
Good evening, tkmts!
I thought it would be dry since it is made from "Gohyakumangoku", but it was a fruity sake with a lot of pineapple flavor 🍶.
The pineapple feeling that spreads the moment you open the bottle 🍍 is indeed a hana-yosu.
Good evening Maa.
I've been opening a lot of bottles sparingly💦.
The base is the same for all of them with pineapple 🍍, and the different sake rice adds some arrangement to it 🍶.
I bought this sake when I visited Okazaki Sake Brewery last year.
This was the only sake I could find, and I was a little disappointed that I had to go all the way to the brewery to buy this one.
It's been half a year so I opened a bottle 🎵.
I knew it was Shinshu Kamerei🎶.
I'll make love to you
Junmai-shu & Hi-ire, but maybe it's better like this... And it's cheap!
Sorry to say I'm disappointed!
The 🍍🍍 series!
I bought this last year, and it's been 6 months since I bought it.
I've had enough to drink...
When I opened the bottle and took a sip....
Hmmm...
🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍
🍍pa 🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍
🍍🍍🍍🍍i 🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍
🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍na 🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍
🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍ッ 🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍
🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍po 🍍🍍🍍🍍
🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍 I'm not sure I'll be able to do it.
🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍
A bit exaggerated, but a calm pineapple feeling.
Maybe it's a good match because I can meet Hana-yang every time I visit the cemetery in Saitama twice a year 🎵🦆🎵.
Ingredients : Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic)
Rice used: 100% Miyamanishiki
Rice polishing ratio: 48
Alcohol content: 16%.
Good evening, bouken🍍.
You counted them!
Amazing!
I'm an omachi st, but as far as hana-yoso goes, Miyamanishiki is better 🍍.
It certainly has a 🍍 feel to it 🎵
Erin, good evening 🍍🍍🍍.
Drink, drink, drink 🎵
I always buy from special dealers 🍍.
It's a cuddle, but it's a fixed price and the other guy's liquor is a good one 🍶.
I'll give you a sneak peek later 🍍.
Good evening, Rigel 🌃
You are covered in 🍍🍍.
This one is a little bit more docile, but it's certainly a pineapple 🍍.
Of course, I like the oopsina too 💓.
✨✨Let's drink sparingly the sake we've been stocking in the fridge saying 'what a waste'! ✨✨Series!
Third bottle of Sogapère Effice.
This time it is numerosis.
Compare with the first and second bottles.
Hmmm, it's different, but I don't know what to say, I don't have enough vocabulary...
But I'm sure it's delicious ლ(´ڡ``ლ)
I'll drink it slowly and sipping slowly 🎵
Good evening Harry Sakeboy 🌃
The mountains are covered with snow during the raw sake season.
Especially sogape is from the beginning of the year until April, so an expedition to Nagano might be the quickest way to get it 🦆.
I load up the cooler box and go to the mountains💦.
Good evening, Samuchi 😊.
Nice series you have started👍
I'd like to try this at least once, but I haven't come across it yet 💧Samuchi, I guess you go to your hometown to capture it when you climb the mountains~!
Good evening, enoshima-san🍀.
Yes, I know...
Shinshu sake is still by far the most common.
I have found stores for Genmai and Sogape, but have yet to find a place where I can buy Shinshu Kamerei on a stable basis 😣.
Pon, good evening 🎵.
We opened the bottle at the same time 🎶.
I know this review is not very helpful at all, but I hope you can tell how good it tastes.
I guess it's similar to Shinsei in lineage 🍶.
Okazaki Shuzo & Mochizuki Shoten limited edition sake
Arrived in the evening, waited about an hour, but it didn't arrive, so I went first thing the next morning and got it.
I got a four-pack bottle because the one-pack bottles are only sold to restaurants.
I opened the bottle and poured
Mmmm, nice aroma🎵
The taste is fruity and gassy with a little bitterness typical of Kinmonishiki, and gorgeously sweet and delicious!
Of course, it is consistently delicious.

Hello Mr. Samuchi (**))
I know the liquor stores in the city are full of people.
:;(∩´﹏`∩);:
I'd like to experience it once, but I'm afraid I'll get people-sick 😱.
Hello, Samuchi 😃.
They're consistently good, aren't they!
The liquor arrived around 6:50 on Saturday.
If I could have bought it the next day, I would have gone the next day and
I wish I could have met you and Samuchi 😁.
Hi Erin 🌿.
There were about 20 people in line before the store opened that day💦.
On weekends, popular stores are so crowded that it's hard to talk with the staff.
The best time to go is on weekdays in the second half of the week!
Hello Maa.🌤.
I parked in the parking space in front of the warehouse and waited until 5:30pm and gave up that day.
I wish I could have met him too.
I'm a 6'5" tall old guy, so if you see me, please give me a shout ✨.
Good morning, Samuchi 😃
This is the one that is only sold in 2 stores 😍I want to get it somehow because I'm addicted to Shinshu Turtle Ling 🌸Maaa., it's so big and tough 😆.
Thanks for your comments, takeshon-san.
It's getting harder and harder to find.
They sell out as soon as they appear on instagram💦.
I'm the big one, not Maa.
I'm not so big, but....
During the summer break of my freshman year of high school, I grew 15 cm!
After that, I continued to grow slowly until I was 20 years old, and I was 187cm, but due to my age, I shrank by 1cm💦.
Second bottle of Sogapère Effice.
Comparison of Riasakenature's Takayuki and Tenjinbara
Third photo, Tako on the left and Tenjinbara on the right 🍶.
As tkmts taught me, I enjoy drinking it chippy-chippy over a period of days 🎵.
Takko and Tenjinbaru are slightly different.
My vocabulary is too limited to explain.
But I know they are both delicious.
Now, three more bottles to go, and I'm going to savor them!
Another brand of sake from Nanyo Brewery, famous for its Hanayo Brewery 🍶.
Like Takasago, which is a combination of Jikin, this was also a combination of a certain sake.
Completely different from the pineapple 🍍-tinged Huayouyoku.
Fresh and crisp 🍏.
I feel it has little personality to be drunk alone.
It might be a perfect food wine.

Hello Samuchi ☀️
I was going to buy Ai-no-Sato as well, but it looked relatively easy to get, so I passed on it.
I'm most suspicious of the cuddling thing with the hana-yosu... 🤣
Good evening, Maa.
I visit my parents-in-law's grave in Saitama, so I bought this at a liquor store near there.
Hanahayo is full of character on its own🌸
Ai-no-Sato, on the contrary, is not a stand-alone wine, but rather a complement to food.
It's strange that we are from the same brewery ❔.
Good evening, honda!
It's a hana-hiyo as you see it 🎶.
I'm so sick of waste that my stock is only growing.
I'd like to drink the contents of your fridge!
✨✨First time sogapert efis ✨✨.
I say first time, but I have a total of 5 different kinds stocked in my fridge 🍶.
I happened to stop by a liquor store in Matsumoto City on my way home from climbing a mountain, they limit 1 bottle of each type, but this season I was able to buy 5 ✨.
I was thrilled when I opened the bottle and took a sip...
White wine! Sake!
My first taste!
But yummy 🎵
I'm new to sogape, so I'll have to learn a lot from kzsh1017 📓.
By the way, I got both Tasuki and Tenjinbara, so I'd like to compare them 🍶.
I stopped by today on my way back from climbing a mountain in the Northern Alps and was told it was the last one for the season!
I hope to get it again next season if the climbing and dates work out 🍶.
Holy Samuchi konbanha!
I'd love to try it but I haven't seen it 🤔
Snowy Mountains🗻.
I usually look at them from below, but it's always refreshing to see a picture from above *. (๓͈ ˘ `͈๓). *
Good morning, Mr. Samuchi♪
You were able to buy 5 different kinds 😆.
I'll take about a week after opening the bottle.
I recommend drinking it!
Chobi-chobi-chobi
Enjoying the slight aroma of grapes
I was so happy 🥰.
Hi Ponchan 🌤.
I went twice and got 4 bottles of 2 different kinds, and one as a gift from a friend of mine.
Thanks to this, my fridge is full of alcohol 🍶.
kzsh1017, I found various explanations in the paper I got at the store.
I remember Hitogokochi's Shinshu Kamerei was very tasty, so I would like to get it somehow.
Hi tkmts!
I always finish a four-pack in two days, so this time I'll be patient and enjoy the taste change🎶.
But I can't empty the fridge!
Hmmm dilemma
Hi Manachie, Hello ☀☀☀☀.
This time I dropped my camera and broke it, dropped my glove on a slope and had to retrieve it after a scary experience, but the spectacular view and the acquisition of alcohol made up for it.
Good evening Maa.
We were blessed with beautiful weather and spectacular views ✨✨.
Sogape is really hard to find here.
I don't think even Mochizuki carries it....
Good evening, Mr. Samuchi 🌝Sogape, I also made my debut this year and drank 4 kinds and they were delicious! The fridge problem is the same 🤣4th one, I climbed Karamatsu-dake in summer, but winter is cool. Especially the Tsurugidake ‼️.
Hi ymdaz!
You are comparing 4 kinds of drinks 🎶.
I'm only on my first bottle so I'm looking forward to it.
I have to go up to the ridge line to see the Tsurugidake, so I'm impressed!
I'm aiming for a traverse from Mt. Goryu to Mt. Kashimayarigatake this year!
The last of the three consecutive Genshiryoku Mai pitches will be
Miyamanishiki, which was the first wine I drank and was shocked at how delicious it was.
This got me hooked 🍶.
The bottle was opened on a cold day, which is rare for snow to fall in Tanzawa in April❄.
I already knew before I drank it, but it's still delicious 💖.
The Yamadanishiki Tokujun is good, but I think I like this one better...

Snow is really rare this time of year. If you look the other way, you can see Enoshima Island!
Please show me the scenery near Erin next time 😆.
Good luck with your GENMAI GET ✨
This is a series of Genmai.
Yamadanishiki orange label, this is the most gorgeous of all the sweet Genmai 🌸.
Maybe it should be at least special junmai 🦆.

Today is our 50th Anniversary!
As a commemorative sake, we opened a bottle of Genmai's limited-edition draft sake that we purchased at Ikebukuro Seibu!
It's been a long time since I've had a Genmai, and it's a limited edition Daiginjo Premium!
Of course it's delicious!
I will continue to be energetic and happy every day in my private and public life 🎵.
Happy Birthday, Samuchi 🎊🎉㊗️ A boxed Genmai worthy of celebration✨ You bought it at Ikebukuro Seibu when you went to Meguro River and Sumida River the other day🌸 Let's keep enjoying delicious sake ♬♬
Holy Samuchi konbanha!
💕*:. ᕼᗩᑭᑭY ᗷIᖇTᕼᗞᗩY.:*💕
You looked so young in that back picture the other day 😳✨
It looks delicious and I'd love to drink it but it's expensive 😆.
kzsh1017, Yamadanishiki and Kinmonnishiki sold out in a few days, no additions, additional Miyamanishiki sold in a hurry
Daiginjos are also sold out quickly, then added, sold out, and then added again.
Our main order was an orange label Yamadanishiki.
Good evening, Yu🎶.
The behavior is as you have pointed out.
We were reminded of the popularity of Genmai as it came in and sold out.
I drink in moderation and enjoy every day 🎵
Eririn, konpan ha 🌸
Not many people stay in their cars and go hiking in the mountains when they are 50......................
Maybe I look young because I'm doing what I want to do in no weather 🦆.
4-Gou bottle, 5,500 yen! I made the decision because it's a fantastic dance!
It doesn't matter how old you are to do what you love 🎶.
Fishermen stay in their cars and fish over 60 😁.
We have two 5,000 yen ups living in our house too 🥰.
I was so worried when I bought it😅
And I can't open it 💧.
And in our refrigerator.

I don't mind opening a bottle because I have to drink it 🍶.
Lifetime of work!
Everyday fun and positive!!!!
Happy Birthday, Samuchi 🎉🎂🎂
A good drink on your anniversary, it's a happy moment 😄.
It's amazing that you have the stamina to climb mountains while staying in your car👍
I haven't encountered Gensai yet, but it looks so delicious, I'm jealous 🤣.
Good evening, tomo_loves_junmaishu 🍶.
I'm over 6'3" and big, so I'm trying not to get weak in the legs and feet 👣.
It's been a while since I've had a Gensai, and once again, it's delicious!
Thank you, tkmts🎶.
I'll never have a boxed one again..........................
Thanks to my wife for buying me one for my birthday 🎁.
I'll be 100 years old and climbing Mt. Fuji 🗻.
Good evening, Mr. Samuchi ^ ^ ^.
Happy Birthday 🎉!
PREMIUM sake for a milestone ✨.
I haven't been able to drink Genmai lately, and I'm so excited ☺️.
I'm sure it's delicious👍
Happy Birthday, Mr. Samuchi🎊
Please continue to be aggressive with sake and mountain climbing ✌️!
By the way, March 29th is also Naoko Nozawa's birthday. I'm sure Bob is congratulating her too 🤣.
Thank you, MAJ 😆.
It's not easy to drink without such an opportunity!
Health is a must, as there are still delicious sake all over the country that we don't know about yet.
I will be drinking for another year 🍶.
Thank you, honda 😚.
That's right~!
With Naoko Nozawa, I no longer feel like a stranger.
By the way, my name is Naoko Eau Claire now.
My grandfather is Naojiro Riku, a writer 📖.
The weather was not so good today, so I went for a run to Enoshima (the 🚲 in the picture has nothing to do with it).
Even though I live near the ocean
I'm always getting a lot of flack for why I climb mountains instead of surfing🌊.
I found my favorite Miyazumi sake and bought it immediately!
Open the bottle right away!
Sweet and delicious!
But not heavy and refreshing 🎵.
I heard it's okay to let it sit for a while.
I couldn't resist and drank it 🍶.
From the following website

Good evening, Mr. Samuchi ^ ^.
I saw Miyazumi's Kijoshu in your shipment information and was curious about it👍
Sweet, sweet, refreshing... Looks delicious ☺️.
If I show it to my wife, she will definitely buy it 😁.
My wife bought me a HANA-YOUKAKU 💮 on her way home from work.
I couldn't help but save it, so I went to the Meguro River to see the cherry blossoms 🌸 and opened the bottle!
Smell -> pineapple🍍
Oh, this is it! The scent of hana-yosu 🎵
One sip, fruity and juicy!
Sweetness, umami, and bitterness are well balanced (๑̀ㅂ́)و✧
I had an image of it being hard right after opening the bottle, but this was not the case.
I am looking forward to seeing how it changes on the second and third days.

Good evening, Mr. Samuchi😃.
Hanami in the sunset⁉️It's the best ‼️🤣.
Cherry blossoms in Meguro river are beautiful... 🥰.
My parents live in Saitama, but I've never had a hanahiyo... 😭
Good evening, Rafa papa!
I've started to drink the alcohol in my fridge because it's all I have in stock due to the "wasteful disease" ❕.
The cherry blossoms were blooming more than I expected, so I took this opportunity ❗
Good evening, Mr. Samuchi 🌇.
Your wife buys it for you on her way home from work ❗️.
I envy your environment where you can get such a rare sake as Saku 🤗.
Good evening, Haruei Chichi🌸.
I happened to check your instagram and got it.
I will gratefully enjoy it 🍶.
I'm afraid to think about giving something back...
Holy Samuchi konbanha!
Beautiful 🌸❀(*´▽`*)❀
It's already in bloom🌸
I'm sure the delicious sake will taste even better while viewing the cherry blossoms 🥰.
Erin, good evening🌸
🌸The flowers have bloomed all at once.
The Sumida River was also about a half bloom!
Asakusa is also full of people 💦 due to the lifting of the mambo.
I'll be home drinking quietly at night 🍶.
Good morning, Mr. Samuchi♪
Such a good sake from your wife, I envy you 😊.
We received this at the Mochizuki study group.
It goes well with cherry blossom viewing.
Hello Samuchi, ☀️Hanayo after Hanami, it's the best ✨ Did you go to Meguro river, Sumida river and Asakusa on this day? 🌸the 4th picture is beautiful 🌸I'm going to go to Meguro river to see the cherry blossoms too 😊
Good evening, Yu🎶.
I went to see it since it looks like it won't be kept until next week🌸.
It was the Sumida River and Meguro River from the Genshimai GET at Ikebukuro Seibu.
It was a little early for me, but it was beautiful.
I previously purchased this sake from a set of Hanayo.
I kept it in the fridge for 6 months after purchase because it said it was good to age, but I opened the bottle because it was so pungent inside 🍶.
Sourness, astringency, and slightly full-bodied sweetness in the mouth are refreshing!
I would have liked it better if I had left it a little longer.
I'm hoping for a taste change after the second day!

It's true....
Maybe it's an account hijacking 😁.
Maybe I was drunk and made a mistake.
Next time, call yourself tkmts 🤣.
Thanks for pointing that out!
It is a sake from Yamanashi, but there is only one distributor in Yamanashi.
I wanted to drink it for the first time in a long time, so I bought it on the way back from climbing Mt.
There were many different types, but I knew I had to choose Omachi.

It was warmer at the summit.
But it was below freezing.
Erin, good evening ⛄
Yes, it is him. This is Mr. Noppo in the back.
The person who was at the top of the mountain with me took this picture.
When the temperature goes up from cold to room temperature, the sweetness and flavor increases even more 🎵.
If you find one, give it a try 🍶.
Hello Samuchi 😃
Looks like a beautiful and pleasant view of the mountains 😆 minus 15 degrees Celsius is harsh though 😅
I'm a beach person, but my cat 🐈 has been sick and I haven't been able to go for a while 😭
Dang that looks delicious 👍I'll look for it😳

There are spectacular views in severe weather conditions✨
How can you not surf when you live so close to the ocean? I am told.

Hououmida after a long time
How could it not be delicious when I heard it was Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Shu?
It was a tie-in with a certain sake, but it was delicious and satisfying.
It tasted a little bitter right after opening the bottle, but on the second day it became mellow and more delicious↑.
Today, we had grilled mackerel and yellowtail.
Oh, happiness 😆.
Good morning, Mr. Samuchi♪
Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake = Delicious, no doubt!
Grilled mackerel, yellowtail, you can't go wrong with that either!
I'm curious to know who you are tying me up with 😁.
Among various spring liquors, I had a hard time deciding on this one.
Hana-kun💮.
What a lovely sake!
I think T.KISO and I got the same one...
I'm a big Omachi fan, so I can't resist this sake, and it's orikara!
I got it in a bottle without hesitation!

Seriously?
I was able to get Thursday afternoon off and they still had quite a bit in stock then.
The clerk told me that the popular liquors sell out as soon as they are posted on Instagram.
I check it frequently 💦 on a daily basis.
Good evening, Samuchi😄.
I'm so glad you guys are having a good time!
I'm so happy that we even have the same timing for reviewing, we must be a good match 🤣💕!
3.11
11 years this year
I still remember being in a car over here (Kanagawa) and feeling a tremendous shaking.
In the fall of that year, I traveled to Kamaishi as a way to support the disaster area and was shocked by the scars of the tsunami.
More than 2,000 people are still missing.
This sake was launched in December 2011 as the "Save Our Children with Baton Brewing Fermentation for the Future Project.
All proceeds are donated to the Hatachi Fund, a foundation organization dedicated to the ongoing care of children affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake.
We will continue to support the children who were 0 years old at the time of the earthquake until the day they reach their 60th birthday, and we will do our small part again this year.
Good evening, Mr. Samuchi 🌇.
First time to comment😊.
I think that attitude is important👍
I will remember to pass it on, and I will continue to do so from here on out❗️
Haruei Chichi, konpan ha 🌃
I guess as we get older, we start to feel like we're 'doing it for someone else'...
I'd like to keep going for another 9 years until my 20 years 😆.
Good evening Mr. Samuchi 🌛I am new to sake and did not know this sake existed. If I come across it, I will definitely buy it. I remember as if it were yesterday, the tremors, the fear of the nuclear power plant, and the fact that a normal day is not a normal day.
Good evening, Hiro Hanato.
I would love to have them work on this next year.
There are many forms of support, so I think it would be good to just remember to think of them.
Samuchisaaaan!
We're still fixing things up here and there!
It's been cleaned up pretty well with lots of people volunteering and donating, so please come back and visit😊.
Eririn sa 〜〜〜〜〜🤗
It's been 11 years and it's still not enough.
They were looking for support for the disaster area at work and I raised my hand, but others were chosen and I couldn't go ⤵.
I would love to revisit ✨
