The texture is rather firm on the tongue.
Gorgeous ginjo aroma spreads in the mouth.
It has a fair amount of sweetness, but with a moderate acidity.
There is a sense of alcohol in the latter half.
Rice polishing ratio 70%, alcohol 16%.
Sake degree +3.5, Acidity 1.8, Amino acidity 0.9
The specs are: rich, mellow, light with a bit of umami, and a bit dry.
It certainly tastes as it should.
The aroma is elegant, and the aging process has increased the umami, making it easy to drink.
Sparkling Dolce
It bubbles when you pour it, but when you drink it, it's easy to drink and you don't feel that much carbonation.
It has a slight sweetness, white wine-like, and a slightly bitter aftertaste, making it a good food wine.
Mansaku no Hana Junmai Ginjo
I ordered this sake because I had heard of it somewhere. It too was easy to drink and gave a clear impression. But the flavor that lingers afterwards is round and angular, though I don't know if that's right because I don't know many words to describe the flavor of ...... sake.
Very strong aroma of junmai sake.
The dry aroma takes over in the mouth.
After that, it makes you want to eat rice strongly and gulp it down.
Soy sauce is delicious and drinkable
My favorite mansaku flower.
I can buy it any time of the year, but I don't usually drink it. For me, I think I subconsciously want to make it a special drink for fall and winter (witch hazel is said to be an early spring flower).
The top taste is like The witch hazel flower, but I can't explain it well. When you drink it, it is not sweet and sour, but bitter. However, it is not unpleasant bitterness (I think it is because it is not a bitterness).
To sum it up, it tastes like a bitter version of "Ohroku". It is delicious. I want to drink the whole bottle right now.
The label on the back of the bottle says, "We promise to impress you," and that is exactly what it says. And it was cheap.
The second day was not as impressive as the first day (as is the case with other sakes). It took a turn for the worse. Still, I enjoyed drinking it while feeling the afterglow of the first day.
Degree of liking 10/10
Tourmai Sake: October's rice is "Akinosei".
Every month a different sake rice
A different sake rice will be released each month.
That's why it's called "Tourmai Sake" 😆.
Sake brewed with only Akinosei is rare 😎😎🤓🤓.
It seems 😆😆😆w
Mild aroma
Sweet and umami taste
Dry with a little acidity ✨😆😆.
I ordered it casually.
It was a perfect food sake 🤩🤩🤩.
Here is another series🍶🤤 sent by a liquor store in Akita
Aizan, my favorite 🤤🍶🤤🍶.
Less sweet and refreshing than last year🥰.
We enjoyed it very much with soba noodles and red ginger tempura.
Get the October sake.
Aki-no-Sei is a sake rice indigenous to Akita Prefecture.
It has been around for about 25 years.
It has only been brewed for about 25 years, and is rarely brewed on its own.
It has a very strong umami flavor, but goes surprisingly smoothly.
The yeast is Akita yeast No. 12, which is the same yeast used for tourmaline sake.
It is not a ginjo, but it has a ginjo aroma.
Mansaku no Hana never fails to deliver.
November is the month of Aizan. I am looking forward to it.
