Year-end and New Year openings ①.
At the end of the year, a sales representative of "Mansaku no Hana" visited our neighborhood liquor store. We tasted many kinds of sake such as "Turtle Label" and "Umakara," etc. ......
We chose a December-ish, light, slightly bitter one here: 💁♀️
It was the mildest and smoothest of all the ones we tasted. It is not too sweet, and is perfect for Japanese, Western, and Chinese mixed meals during the year-end and New Year holidays. It is perfect for Japanese, Western, and Chinese food during the year-end and New Year's holidays. ❣️ I appreciate that the taste is not too much, but not too much. ‼️
Despite the mellow sweetness of its name,
The taste is refreshing and not tiring to drink.
The concept of "as lustrous as the moon" is also understandable.
The sake rice is Akita Sake Komachi, and the rice polishing ratio is 55%.
The alcohol content is slightly light at 14 degrees.
Spiciness that crosses the line.
But even though it is quite spicy, it is surprisingly easy to drink, with a slight umami flavor that is more subtle than other super-hot wines.
🎄🎄
After a year, the bottle is open ✨🥂✨.
Next up is Winter Snowman ⛄️ ❣️
A good aroma of sweet and sour
When you take a sip
Oh, it's sweet ❣️
Sweet and sour with a bitter aftertaste.
Yes, it's good 👍Delicious 😋.
But then... 😳
The bitterness came in afterwards: ‼️
The last one was "bitter" 😵💦.
Fresh acidity, thick and rich sweetness.
The label on the back says to enjoy the fresh acidity and rich sweetness.
The label on the back of the bottle says,
I wonder if this bitterness is due to the fact that I let it sit 🤔.

The second cup is Mansaku no Hana (flower of mansaku)
rather sweet, umamu
It's a bit of a shy place, but they have a pretty good selection of sake!
And the proprietress has the vitality to drive 200 to 300 kilometers to buy sake!
And they don't have any of the snowy Kayasha because it's boring...
