Sake rice Unknown
Polishing ratio 45
The rice was polished more than last year, and the sake level is sweeter than last year's. The taste is sweet and fruity.
Sweet and fruity on the palate. It has a sweet, umami, fruity taste. Delicious.
Izakaya near Chidori Station
According to the owner, it was purchased at a liquor store in Onga
Drink it cold.
Weak sweet ginjo aroma.
Delicious full flavor on the palate.
After a while, a slightly weak dryness with a tingling sensation appears, and the taste becomes sharp.
Slight sweetness in the aftertaste
Very good with pickled fish
First visit to a sake brewery
To Mitsui Sake Brewery in Yao, which was mentioned in books by Danchu and Hiroshi Uehara
Long time no see mansaku flowers 💐.
Cold sake
Gorgeous aroma of green apple
Light on the palate
Sweetness with depth from the mid-palate
Dry after a day
★5/★5
This sake has a dryer taste than the previous one. It has a sweet taste at first when you start drinking it, but it becomes dry by the time you swallow it after a little mouthful.
Both are delicious, and if I am lucky enough to come across it again, I will buy it!
Interesting sake!
Sakihokore from Akita Prefecture
Rice polishing ratio: 45
Alcohol content: 14%.
We paired it with a nice sushi.
The sweetness and umami of the rice and the fresh acidity are well balanced!
Excellent balance!
It's so easy to drink!
It's been a long time since I've had a sake that was so smooth and not too light, not too soft and not too soft.
Goodnight for a week. I will have some mansaku flowers that my partner bought me as a souvenir from Akita 🍶.
I feel like this is my first drink at home🤔The aroma is sweet vanilla like fresh cream.
On the palate it has a mellow, rounded sweetness and deliciousness, with sourness and alcohol lingering and disappearing in the second half. The impression on the label might lead one to expect it to be spicier, but it is a full-bodied sake with a delicious flavor that is perfect for fall. The rice used seems to be Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture and Akita Sakekomachi. I didn't know there was such a thing as Akita Sake Komachi.
I've paired it with grilled chicken, salami, and other fatty foods and it's delicious✨.
The draft conference is over for another year. I can't wait to see the rookies next year 😊💫.
I opened a sweet version of Mansaku no Hana that I bought in Asahikawa. The Mansaku series has an image of well-balanced food sake, but this Gasshoi is said to be sweeter (Doi Shoten's pop).
I tried it, and while it was tasty, I thought it was quite sweet. It is rated -10 on the alcohol level, but I personally feel it is sweeter than Kameizumi's Cell-25, perhaps because I have been cutting back on sweet foods lately. It is highly rated for its low level of bitterness and easy drinking, but I think the key point is whether or not it can handle the strong sweetness. For those who do not like sweet taste, it will be difficult to drink, but for those who do not like sweet taste, it is a product that you should try.
I got another super limited black from Tansaku, which I enjoyed drinking in the spring.
The aroma is moderately sweet. From the moment you put it in your mouth, a full, elegant, yet strong sweetness runs through your mouth at once. At the same time, it has a sharp aftertaste, so you can drink it as much as you want without feeling dull afterwards. As always, it is the best.
