@Koriyama Iando After having a drink in Omiya, I got tired of going back to Tokyo, so I jumped on the 🚄 and went to Koriyama. I decided to have a quick bite in front of the station, but it was crowded everywhere, so I went to a new restaurant that I found. They have a good selection of local sake, and I chose "Yuri", which I had never had before, and it is from the same brewery as Aizu Nakasho! I heard that this sake is brewed by a mother and daughter who are both sake brewing technicians! It has a soft sweetness at first, but eventually it becomes slightly dry and pleasant to drink. It is very easy to drink, which is impressive and delicious.

I found this Fukushima sake at Aeon today. I was wondering if I should buy it last time I was there and didn't, but I was curious so I bought it this time. The label said it was dry, so... it's definitely spicy ☺️. It's delicious and it's only about 1,000 yen so it's easy on the pocket.

One of the sake I wanted to try because of the stylish label❗️ A hint of pear? White peach? Newly registered brand. Since the sake brewer could not be registered, the new brand is "Aizu Otokoyama" from Otokoyama Shuzo Brewery in Aizu Misato Town, Fukushima Prefecture. Its new brand name is "Wa". It has a mild aroma. It has a melon aroma and a hint of sweetness like caramel. The sweetness that is not too strong is impressive. There is some acidity. I managed to get over the train when I was with Yuka-chan, but I did it on the way home from drinking with the second daughter (I am the eldest) of the Otsubonez (three bureau sisters) in my department. I lost my memory at the next station where we sat down, saying "I might fall asleep if I get to sit down. Why didn't I wake up 5 minutes before? The train in the opposite direction was the last of the day and I had to wait 20 minutes. I managed to only sleep on the platform. Then I had a blast sleeping in the cab as well... Now, to get back on track, here is the evening drink of the day. The aroma was sweet, but when I drank it, the sweetness was not as strong as the aroma, and there was a good balance of sweetness, sourness, and finally bitterness. It went very well with a little bit of shibi-shibi (bean-curd soup with red pepper paste).

Nice fruit-like aroma typical of Okunoto's Shirakiku😊Elegant sweetness and umami are as delicious as before 😚👍Gentle acidity spreads slowly and disappears with a clean aftertaste✨. It's still the same delicious sake that is typical of Okunoto Shirakiku 🥳.
