@Koriyama Iando After having a drink in Omiya, I got tired of going back to Tokyo, so I jumped on the 🚄 and went to Koriyama. I decided to have a quick bite in front of the station, but it was crowded everywhere, so I went to a new restaurant that I found. They have a good selection of local sake, and I chose "Yuri", which I had never had before, and it is from the same brewery as Aizu Nakasho! I heard that this sake is brewed by a mother and daughter who are both sake brewing technicians! It has a soft sweetness at first, but eventually it becomes slightly dry and pleasant to drink. It is very easy to drink, which is impressive and delicious.

Newly registered brand. Since the sake brewer could not be registered, the new brand is "Aizu Otokoyama" from Otokoyama Shuzo Brewery in Aizu Misato Town, Fukushima Prefecture. I found this Fukushima sake at Aeon today. I was wondering if I should buy it last time I was there and didn't, but I was curious so I bought it this time. The label said it was dry, so... it's definitely spicy ☺️. It's delicious and it's only about 1,000 yen so it's easy on the pocket.

I was looking for my favorite "Hakugakusen" and found that it was only available on the first day of the event, so I went here instead 🍶. Unnoi Junmai Ginjo Nama Genjyo. Banana-like aroma, gentle sweetness on the palate, and a lingering mild umami aftertaste. I have a connection with "Kumonoi" since I brought it to the Kansai Sake-no-Iwa offline meeting I attended last summer, and it is still delicious when I drink it again.

This bottle was given to me as a birthday gift last year. I've been accumulating a stock of sake, so I decided to drink it slowly. It's a rare opportunity to see a bottle of sake in a tobin enclosure! It makes my heart dance ✨. When you open the bottle and pour it, you can smell a slight ginjo aroma. It is almost scentless. The mouthfeel is very clean, but the soft, milky sake quality and subtle sweetness of the rice gradually covers the tongue! The spiciness and the strength of 16% alcohol can be felt in the latter half of the bottle, but the overall flavor is moderate. I think I have not had such a clear sake since I drank the highest quality sake of "Akagisan" (12,000 yen for 720ml)! It is as pure as a gentle breeze. It quietly accompanies you from the beginning to the end. The taste is the very embodiment of "elegance. It is a good bottle to drink by itself or to enjoy as a food wine! Nice fruit-like aroma typical of Okunoto's Shirakiku😊Elegant sweetness and umami are as delicious as before 😚👍Gentle acidity spreads slowly and disappears with a clean aftertaste✨. It's still the same delicious sake that is typical of Okunoto Shirakiku 🥳.
