Junior's 29 and Snow Goddess! You've got to drink it. It's as sweet as you'd expect, and it's insanely delicious. But this Hana Yuu is too good for a Junmai. It's a little hazy. It had the sweetness of the Jun Dai Aizan class. But it's still good! We enjoyed it with sashimi! 100% Snow Goddess Polishing ratio 29 Alcohol content 15

I didn't have enough quantity. They made it half price (equivalent to 250 yen per coin). Too sweet and tasty! It was gone before the sashimi arrived. I drank it after this. It was even sweeter than the 29 of Kudokibe jr. Does the taste come after opening the bottle? Or is it originally good? It's hard to believe it's junmai. I'm glad I drank it. Rikuwada Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 16%.

Junmai Green Label Is this the first time you've had this grade? The label looks familiar. I've mostly been drinking "queen" or something like that. It's a little different from what I expected. It's acceptable. There is a bit of a boozy smell that I don't like. There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. It's very easy to drink. It's OK as a food wine. It's the sweetest of the Kido varieties and my favorite. Polishing ratio 50%. 13% alcohol by volume 100% Yamadanishiki ---From the label The brewery is located in a basin at the foot of Mt. It is an ideal location for sake brewing due to the cool morning and evening temperatures and the abundance of groundwater refined by the trees, mountains, and earth. Honkido" has a low alcohol content, and takes advantage of the softness, purity, and cleanness characteristic of Kido's clean water. The "Hon" in "Honkido" means "essence," and we hope that this sake will become the standard sake from now on. We hope you can feel the Kishu spirit in this sake.
