First time I heard this name. It seems to be from Yamanashi.

Junior's 29 and Snow Goddess!
You've got to drink it.
It's as sweet as you'd expect, and it's insanely delicious.
But this Hana Yuu is too good for a Junmai.
It's a little hazy.
It had the sweetness of the Jun Dai Aizan class.
But it's still good!
We enjoyed it with sashimi!

It is an ideal location for sake brewing due to the cool morning and evening temperatures and the abundance of groundwater refined by the trees, mountains, and earth.
Honkido" has a low alcohol content, and takes advantage of the softness, purity, and cleanness characteristic of Kido's clean water.
The "Hon" in "Honkido" means "essence," and we hope that this sake will become the standard sake from now on.
