It is an ideal location for sake brewing due to the cool morning and evening temperatures and the abundance of groundwater refined by the trees, mountains, and earth.
Honkido" has a low alcohol content, and takes advantage of the softness, purity, and cleanness characteristic of Kido's clean water.
The "Hon" in "Honkido" means "essence," and we hope that this sake will become the standard sake from now on.
