Last night's rainfall was so good that I went to my usual liquor store to buy another bottle! I looked in every nook and cranny of the fridge and found a beetle 😍!
So I immediately opened the bottle: ‼️
Last year we had a Stag Beetle and all I remember is that it was delicious 💕The sweetness and acidity are gentle and mellow, with a slight spiciness at the end that whispers "It's sake ❣️."
