It was a bit unavailable 😢. This one is Junmai Daiginjo and hard to match with food. I thought it might be in🛒. Jun Dai is 1600 yen, so the cost is good🙆🏻♂️. Even though it is jun-dai, the top aroma is a restrained ginjo aroma. The nose is fruity 🥰. Sweet and sour like strawberry and pineapple. It spreads in the mouth💕 But... What the... Very sharp💦. After finishing the drink, is it a dry sake? No problem for a food wine 👍 This will move up in the rankings 😄

Shinshu Kamerei Yamadanishiki Unfiltered Nama-shu Do you like pretty ladies? There used to be a commercial like this 😄 I'm tkmts, of course I like it! Has the ranking of Shinshu Kamerei dropped? You simply can't afford it💦. Shinshu Kamerei, which I can no longer find at all. I went there just before closing time on the day I got the information about the arrival. No more on the shelves😱 I thought they would be there because it was a weekday ⤵️. But I asked the clerk if I could have a chance. The clerks were talking to each other. Sneaking around "You can take them out now." Sneaking. I'll take it out then. I've got one that looks like it's past its layaway time. I just came out of the back 🤗 Maybe it's a good thing we closed so soon 🙌 And so, after a long time, Shinshu Kamerei⤴️. It doesn't look like much gas. When you drink it, there is a slight gaseous sensation. I love this feeling💕 Fruity but not too flashy. Well-balanced and tasteful I love it💕 Lingering is also wonderfully pleasant. I love it💕 The first taste is fresh and unique. I think it was very casual. Yamada-Nishiki is royal and a little flamboyant. but not too pompous. I think I might like to drink it by itself 😄. Okazaki Sake Brewery Please ship a little harder 😆.

Dewa Ume Omachi I played golf today. I'm not getting any better 😭 I'm really bad at this and I hate it. On the menu for lunch It just says "Sake." I drank two bottles of sake 🍶. I asked the staff what brand it was. With the score in the morning I forgot 😅 So I got this from a relative. I'll post it in Dewa Ume. Polishing ratio 50 Classical acidity Fruity and easy to drink when cold. This acidity increases as the wine warms up. The umami also increases. It would go well with simmered dishes and grilled squid. It's more of a food sake than a stand-alone sake. Oh, I remember the afternoon score. I was 4 toilets🚹🤣.
