My wife has started drinking expensive tea🫖.
I can't complain tkmts.

Now, the popularity of this product has been growing rapidly at Sake-no-wa recently.
Sake from Shinshu, Kame no Kai🐢.
When I posted this last October, it was ranked 12th in Nagano Prefecture
As of today, we're #9.

I wanted to buy it because it's perfect for the season.
It was a bit unavailable 😢.
This one is Junmai Daiginjo and hard to match with food.
I thought it might be in🛒.
Jun Dai is 1600 yen, so the cost is good🙆🏻♂️.
Even though it is jun-dai, the top aroma is a restrained ginjo aroma.
The nose is fruity 🥰.
Sweet and sour like strawberry and pineapple.
It spreads in the mouth💕
But...

Very sharp💦.
After finishing the drink, is it a dry sake?
No problem for a food wine 👍
