KURAMOTO Rohafu BODAIMOTO Light
The aroma seems to have a strong acidity (modern sake yeast strain 😘).
As with the aroma, the overall taste is sweet and acidic!
The mouthfeel is sweetness of Wasanbon type, and stimulating acidity of lactic acid type 😌.
It is interesting to see the difference in each brewery even though it is called Bodhi yeast! You have to drink a lot 😁.
#Sake #KURAMOTO
This is my first brewery.
Rohafu Bodai Yuan
It says smoky but I got a dried plum taste. Stupid tongue 👅.
I was a bit surprised because it was the first time I felt umeboshi in sake.
The rice was Hidakaya's soy sauce ramen.
I know some people might say, "Isn't this ramen tamen?" But I didn't have time to eat it, so it was normal ramen. The price went up a little bit?
Hi Nochi. 😊
Ramen from Hidakaya. 😍After party kind of thing.
I went in and had dumplings and Chinese pickles (I wonder if they have them now?
beer 🍺→ ramen to finish it off.
I was doing it. I was so happy 😁.
Good evening, Mr. Nochi 😃😃I remember going to Hidakaya with everyone at the Tokyo Mahjong Training Camp.
I remember going to Hidakaya with everyone at the Tokyo Mahjong training camp ❗I was happy it was my first time, but Mr. Nochi was like "you can always eat there" 😁MAJ had a blast eating ‼️
Good morning, Mr. Noodle Drink King. We all went together, didn't we? It's a nice, folksy, unpretentious restaurant. The manager seems to be a graduate of the junior high school next door, but I don't know if that's true or not.
Last but not least is Mr. Kuramoto 😆.
This sake, the taste, the mouthfeel... it's wine 😊.
The aroma is like muscat...
Close your eyes and drink it, it's still wine 😆.
Interesting and tasty drink 😁.
Today, KURAMOTO64 from Kuramoto in Yamaguchi Prefecture❗️
The aroma is that of sukiyaki (fresh) sake❗️ sip and after a dense texture on the tongue, there is a refreshing and crisp alcohol taste. Then, a slight bitterness and a slightly sweet aroma leaves the nose. ❗️❗️It is also a good sake as a food sake. ⭕️
I had a drink at a restaurant that I always stop by when sightseeing in Nara🍶.
The first glass was a Bodhi Hashiro sake from Kuramoto Sake Brewery.
It has a gentle and mild sweet and sour taste.
I thought this sake would be liked by beginners. 🙆♂️
Next is KURAMOTO!
It was my first time to drink this sake, but it is sweet and sour and delicious!
It's very white wine-like, so I think it would go well with French or Italian food! It was a fun learning experience for me to know that there is such a sake as this! ☺︎
Grapefruit, white wine, well, tasty, clear, clean, 4mmp of aroma component that was said to be coming but not much has come yet, 2 days after opening the bottle, I don't know how to describe the unpleasant feeling that sometimes comes with classical types.
