Sake Rice: Hachitan-Nishiki

Sourness is the first thing that hits the palate.
Then, a raw yeast-like flavor and the umami of rice follow. Sake with good sharpness.

When opened and put in the mouth, the mouth feel is soft and easy to drink.
It is a medium-bodied wine, suitable for a medium-bowl drink. It seems to be for a mid-meal drink.
The cute, eye-catching label says it all.
It's a sake with a beautiful taste.
The next day, it became more spicy, so if you like sweet sake, you might want to finish it before the end of the day...
It is different from the Sentori I drank a while ago, and I like it because it has a robust taste!
I'm still wondering what kind of taste I like ......... (lol)
I found an unfamiliar brand.
I asked for it and found it was a sub-brand of Kamerei from Hiroshima.
I had had this once last year around this time at Ninoie.
I didn't find it as spicy as that time, but it wasn't my favorite genre!
I'm going to review how to read "Banjisake Sakazukinaka"!
knowledge of how to read it
Rice: Nakate Shin Senbon
Polishing ratio: 80
Ingredients : Koji rice - Hachitan-Nishiki / Kake rice - Nakate Shin-Senbon
Sake Degree: +3
Acidity: 1.2
Alcohol: 16.0
It was served hot.
It has a moderate sweet aroma of rice, and when you take a sip, the sweetness is quickly followed by a crisp, dry acidity.
It is not tiring to drink and goes well with a meal.
I served it with kombu tsukudani (food boiled in soy sauce and kelp) as a side dish.
Delicious 😋.
