I was at the Tokyu Shibuya flagship store on Sunday. I was here on business. While I went to see my niece I bought a bottle of Orbenten Tsuyahime at the basement. I've said many times that Benten Yamahane I think it is similar to Tobiroki's Tokujun. Tobiroki's Tokujun is not as gorgeous and not as sweet. It's not as sweet as Tobiroki's Tokujun, so it's a bit of a disappointment for such a rare sake. I often see comments like 👀! But I like both Tobiroki and Yamahane a lot! They are fruity and crisp food sake 🍱🍶. This one is made with rice that is mainly used for food This one is made from rice that is mainly used for food. I had seen this sake many times. I brought it back with high expectations 🛒. But this one... I didn't like it that much😭 There's something a little fishy 😥. I also bought the sparkling Tsuyahime. I'm tkmts with double shock 💨

tkmts that are all over the pond. 3 consecutive hits, I hate golf 😭. I got a day off in lieu of work and went to Kasama city in Ibaraki I went to Kasama city in Ibaraki Prefecture to play golf ⛳️. On the way home, I stopped by Michi no Eki Kasama I bought it at the FamilyMart next door. There is no description other than "Nama Sake". But when I checked it out it looks like it's Honjozo Nama Sake 🤔. Alcoholic strength 15-16 degrees, rice polishing ratio 65 Rice used: Toyonishiki Sake degree +4 It seems to be light and dry, but maybe because it's a nama-shu I didn't feel it was that dry. Easy to drink with food. It is a rather unrefined honjozo sake 🍶. I googled Toyonishiki, the sake rice, to find out more about it. I found Sumo wrestlers and cherries 🍒 so I gave up and went to bed 🍒. So I gave up and went to bed 😴.

Sushi, my niece and tkmts. My wife wants to go to Kura Sushi in Harajuku. I had made a reservation and 🍣. My niece from Tochigi went to Tokyu in Shibuya It was the last day of a work event at Shibuya Tokyu We went for a walk in Shibuya and had a drink. It was a nice day for a cup of sake. It was a good day for a cup of sake ☀️. My two sons went home to play with their friends 👋️ after eating sushi. 👋 They don't play together anymore 😭 I went to meet my niece at Tokyu with some souvenirs I went to Tokyu to meet my niece with souvenirs and came back home with sake 😄. Chang Chin's sake cups are delicious, but but not as good as I expected. Compared to a four-pack or a one-pack I guess cup sake tastes worse than shogo-jar or ichuse-bottle. It's the same with other brands 😅. I wonder why. Kido and Omine's cup sake is great! Oh, and I forgot to mention Sparkling pee!

I'm a tkmts who drinks the booze he buys himself. I have a russt of free sake. I opened this bottle yesterday 🍾. Yesterday was the field day of my eldest son's junior high school It was rained out in the middle of the day ☔️. Last year we were able to watch the game through the net. But this year, we were allowed to watch from the ground. My eldest son was the anchor of the relay It was a shame that it was cancelled 😩. but I was going to have a light drink in the afternoon, but now I don't have to! No more light drinking 🙌 Flax cat sparkling 🥂. The lot I drank before had a grape aroma and Silky mouthfeel, but 🍇. This lot is citrusy with lemon and summer tangerine Not so much sweetness, but more acidity. And more gassy than last time 🍋🍊. Silky feeling is weaker and clearer than before If you drink it blind You might think it's champagne😅 The gas is so strong that it almost makes you burp 🫢. Different lots have different flavors and gasses. I want to drink it again in the middle of summer. I'll buy it when I see it 😄.

But I've never had this brand before. It's a good experience 😅 It's a little dry and sharp like Honjozo. Easy to match with Japanese food. It's strange that it becomes slightly sweet when you drink it with soda It's a wonder that it becomes slightly sweet 🤗. I've recently become addicted to sake highballs. Sake highball goes well with western food 😋. Today I had tacos for dinner 🌮. I usually have beer. but it went well with sake highball🙆🏻♂️.

I wonder if it will be very cold at the top of the mountain🚉. But when I got off the cable car at Mt. I found a beer garden 🍺🥓🫑🍖. Without any hesitation, I was ready to go 🤩. A restaurant with a view at 488 meters above sea level Mt. Takao Beer Mount⛰. BBQ with a beautiful view! Drinking beer all around 🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻. And of course, yelling "Yoo-hoo" from the observation deck! But I prefer the Echigo Ajizake we drank yesterday I like it better 🫶. I went to Iwaki city in Fukushima prefecture on May 4! It's been a while since I saw the sea. The liquor store I was looking for was closed. but I was able to get a bagoong ✌️. I ate it with my sons today. My two sons said Bagone is the best 🤣.

I'm a godforsaken tkmts. Last Friday, I went out for a drink with my colleagues I went out for a drink with my co-workers for the first time in a while. I'm supposed to be famous for my addiction to Sake I'm supposed to be well-known in my department for being addicted to Sake. The organizer chose a regular izakaya. And everyone was forced to drink as much as they could. No sake on the all-you-can-drink menu! We talked about Sake while drinking beer 😭 But some gods pick up on it 🥹. My buddy was traveling to Nagano Prefecture that day. He went all the way to Okazaki Sake Brewery in Ueda City and bought me a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei 🙌 It's so juicy and crisp! It's so juicy and tangy💕! It's fresh, fruity, and sharp👍! It's soooo good 😆. I think I prefer Shinshu Kamerei when it's fire-brewed! I also had another 2 bottles of fire-brewed before. I remember it was refreshing and delicious! I remember that I could buy Miyamanishiki hiyaoshi at this time of the year if it's a limited edition from the brewery. I wonder if you can buy it at this time of the year if it is a limited edition from the brewery 😄. I'll have to make a request! I'll ask where to go next time 🤣.
