I was a little curious but could not afford to buy KURAMOTO😊.
Last month in Osaka, I found only a bottle of bitline, but gave it up because I couldn't take it home with me after the concert.
I found a rus1 KURAMOTO SE😏 in Hakata at the beginning of this month.
It arrived but finally couldn't fit in my fridge anymore, so I had to borrow my friend's fridge 😱.
And finally I bought a Remacom freezer stocker on sale on Amazon 🤣.
I'm sure this will allow me to drink in peace...
The bottle opened maturely. The aroma is slightly sweet muscat-like.
The first sip feels a little heavy, or perhaps it is clear but with body and breadth.
In the second half, the acidity becomes the main flavor, but it is not the sweet and sour acidity that has been my favorite recently.
I got the impression that the expression of the wine changes a lot between the beginning and the end of drinking.
I enjoyed it as a stand-alone alcoholic beverage, so it is good for casual drinking!
(if you can get it easily)
Finished drinking Takachiyo series and next is️.
Kuramoto's other one we drank last time.

A muscat-flavored sake with a strong acidity.
It is not very sweet, so there is a grapefruit-like nuance.
If you drink it without knowing anything about it, you may think it is a naturale wine, but it is more like a wine.
I would recommend it to acid lovers!
It is low in alcohol, so you can enjoy it easily.
It's like a white wine, but it goes well with Japanese food as well.

#Yeast #7
#Nihon Shudo ±0
#Acidity 2.0
It has just the right balance of sourness and sweetness, with a sourness that is unique to Bodhi yeast, but not too sour.
It is not too heavy, but rather light and easy to drink.
Today's side dish: Braised bai clam
Kuramoto Sake Brewery is located in Mitsue Village, a small village with a population of about 1,300 people in eastern Nara Prefecture, on the border with Mie Prefecture (also famous for its 100 million yen public toilet).
The taste offers a slightly fruity aroma, and the acidity refreshes the aftertaste.
It tastes very similar to "Mimuro Sugi," also from Nara Prefecture!
