Maa.I was supposed to start GW on the 29th, but I'm going to work on the 29th anyway! I also changed my plan to go to Mochizuki Store after work today ⤵️. So I went to a liquor store in my neighborhood. A store that sells a lot of overpriced sake😅. I don't know the list price 🤷♂️ but it's relatively cheap (maybe the list price?) It's so clear and dry! It's clear and crisp without any unwanted flavors. Today is my day off from drinking! But I drank it 🤣. 720ml ¥1444 at Liquor Shop Tateba

Well, that's not all. But...? Today + fried tofu and salad🥗. The rice dish is Bean-curd soup with Bean-curd and Eggplant. Thanks 😊. Bitter melon stir-fry is something my wife is into and has been a tradition since early summer 4.5 years ago. But it's only April! It's getting too hot too soon! The most memorable sake ever 🌟. Not that it's a substitute, but the Kinmon-Nishiki connection + Nagano Prefecture! The aroma is quite subdued! Which in turn makes it more promising 😊. The mouthfeel is softer than I had imagined. As you swallow. Yes! This feeling! Is this Kinmon-nishiki? Beautifully understated sweetness and clear, crisp bitterness!
