The taste and aroma are refreshing.
It has a pleasant aftertaste and leaves the impression that you can drink as many glasses as you like.
I can't go into details because I posted this after one day, but I can say that it left a delicious impression.

The impact of the Kumatori and the words "very dry" might make you think it is hard to get your hands on it, but it is indeed easy to drink with its acidic and crisp taste and the sweetness behind it.
It has been a while since I had a chance to drink it, and it was a little after the production date, but it was delicious 👌.

Hyakujuro Okaraguchi Junmai Akazura 百十郎 大辛口純米酒 赤面
I was confused by the similarity of the label to Akabu. I hadn't tried it yet. It's a sake that feels very mature and brings out the flavor of rice. However, the problem is that it has a flavor I don't like.

Kuuin -Secret Nine- Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake
Rating 4.4
Rice : Yamadanishiki, Rice polishing ratio : 50%, Sake meter : -0.2, Acidity : 1.5, Alcohol content : 15
The number "nine" has an ultimate and mysterious quality. This is an unfiltered unpasteurized sake with the "filtration" process hidden among the nine production stages. A hidden sake with a full and multifaceted flavor. Feels not mellow. Slightly superficial.
At the after-party in Shibuya Yokocho.
It may be a precious place where you can drink with many people outside without any problem. Hyakujuro Akazura is a very dry sake.
It was so refreshing and easy to drink that we had to have another glass several times.

The label design looks just like Eikofuji, but they have the same designer😳.
There were two kinds in a row, so I chose this one.
I don't know what I should register my name as, so I decided to go with Hyakujuro for now😅.
It's slightly effervescent and shwashy. It has a refreshing taste with a strong rice flavor. It's a mature taste, so I guess it's good during dinner 🤔.
Personally, I'd like a little more sweetness...
I got that impression when the sake was cold, but it tastes more fruity and sweet-tasting when it's closer to room temperature.
